The location was perfect for what I was there for. The atmosphere was warm and very friendly. the breakfast bar was very nice as well. Everything was nice and warm and fresh, there was a good selection to choose from. when I'm back in town that's is where I'm going to stay at for sure.

I was only staying a short time so it would not be fair to the establishment to write my dislikes when my experience there was very warm and homely. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions for me.

Stayed here to attend a graduation at LSU. Location is great, close to shopping, restaurants, drug stores, etc. Room was clean, bed was somewhat comfortable. Guys at front desk were friendly and check in was a breeze. I received complimentary tickets for a cocktail next door. It was my intent to use them, but I didn't have time. I got in late and totally felt safe walking from my vehicle to the hotel. I'm pretty sure an off-duty police officer was on duty. I saw a car backed in running with spotlights on the car (pretty certain it was law enforcement. If in the area and need accommodations, I would definitly stay again.

everything was clean everyone of the staff members desk attendant, maintenance, and housekeeping we all very courteous they help with any and everything that was asked of them and more!!

The only thing I didn’t like about my stay was the included breakfast was included because of renovations but was not advertised when the room was booked online I feel that if something says it’s included I should get what is rightfully mines and breakfast was Not accommodated

This hotel was the ONLY hotel room we have ever stayed that had a CEILING FAN in the room!!!!! LOVE love loved it!!! Felt like HOME!! More hotel rooms should have ceiling fans!! This sets IHG apart from other just regular hotel rooms. We now look for IHG hotels in the area we will be and see if a ceiling fan is available. ♥️

Can not think of one thing I didn't like other than offering free breakfast.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was clean and looked like it was recently renovated.

Front desk said that we could go in and get breakfast. We were in a rush, my son had a baseball game so I asked if he could take something small to go. She said yes. The lady in the restaurant was yelling across the restaurant asking where our breakfast card was. She could of asked us privately. We didn't have a breakfast card and wasn't told anything about it. we didn't know at first what she was talking about. Would have gladly purchased. We thought it was complimentary. Instead of yelling across the restaurant she may want to walk over and just ask. We went to the front desk to ask about it. No one was there so we left.

Breakfast was wonderful and hot , beds super clean and comfortable love the complimentary mini dove soaps by the shower smells so good and the the front desk receptionist name Regan Has Exceptional Customer Service from the time of my booking til the end of my stay . Highly recommend this hotel .

Did not have breakfast. Was going to dine and have a couple drinks in Sports Bar but no one ever appeared to wait on us so we left and went to Walk On’s instead. Don’t know why I was charged an additional $25 for incidentals, that was ridiculous.

Everything!!! It was a beautiful facility! The staff were super friendly, helpful, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. There were bad storms coming in the area and they let us park our motorcycle under the canopy! They had complimentary water and the restaurant / bar was delicious! The cooks took extremely good care of us!

That our visit with them was too short.

The property was very clean and especially the rooms . Customer Service a 10 , Restaurant food was great try the Burger . Bartender KK. AMAZING, great customer service. Front Desk was welcoming to the patrons.

Clean facility, friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great location. I liked that they had a restaurant and bar within the hotel.

Would have liked breakfast included in price of stay.
