The staff were very kind, especially recognizing my upcoming birthday. They were gracious to accept when we were not interested in the timeshare program. The location was awesome for exploring the French Quarter.

Using the shower caused a very loud sound akin to a firing squad. The room could be more soundproofed- we heard a lot happening in the hallway or the street. The decor was unique, but certainly on the eclectic side.

Great location. Nice size room. Within walking distance of the places we wanted to see.

Parking wasn't convenient. The hot water situation was terrible. Apparently the water heaters have been repositioned in the building. This required us to turn on the faucets and run the water about 15 minutes in order for the hot water to reach the room.

The best part of this hotel is the location, right at the edge of the French Quarter, on the corner of Canal Street. The rooms are spacious, provide a small kitchennet with microwave (no stovetop), living room, decent size bathroom and bedroom with a funky decor that is very New Orleans appropriate. There's complimentary guest laundry (washer and dryer) which is highly appreciated.

The bed was SO small, it was supposed to be a queen, but it really was not. I was able to lay right on the middle, stretch my arms to each side and grab the edges of the mattress with my full hands, it's okay for one, but for a couple, it was very tight. The wifi login wasn't working and it wasn't fixed during our full stay (4 nights), we had to call their tech support and they manually connected our devices to the wifi. Lastly, there was a constant food cooking smell throughout the hallways which would creep into the room, fried food smell mostly, it was unpleasant. All in all, we did enjoy our stay, but it could be better, especially for the price which I wouldn't say it's a budget stay.

Loved the location! Perfect walking distance to bourbon about 3 minutes! They offer a timeshare presentation (which we declined) in exchange for free parking but we chose the garage parking they offered at Wyndham (two roads up) for like 35$ a day so it was easy and they valet it for you there. Parking would be tricky at check in because their front space is limited but we called as we were about to arrive and they met us outside. There’s a 100$ deposit hold but the rooms are super cute! You can hear outside from vehicles if they are loud from the living room but the bedroom is behind towards the hall so it’s quiet unless you have noisy neighbors but we didn’t mind the little we heard them. The doors lock at night and you have to use your key to also use the elevator but staff is there 24/7. There is a rooftop area that is great on 7th floor that you can hang out at. In order to get ice you have to request it but they bring it quickly to your room. We loved staying there. Price and location were on point! When we go back next year for Halloween weekend I’m going to try and book here again! ❤️ excuse the alcohol in the pic of the living room 🥂

very new orleans like ambientation. The room was spacious and had much storage space. Was very comfortable. Excellent location, next to a busy street and close to city attractions. Had complimentary coffe in the mornings and water through the day in the lobby. Free laundry ad laundry supplies were really convenient

the staff is not allowed in the rooms wich is more "secure" but also there was no house keeping. I was a bit of a hustle to have someone come and knock on our door to change the towels and we had to clean the room ourselves (the was a broom)

Conveniently located to all the main attractions and restuarants. Extremely nice and clean. Much cheaper than the hotels located in the main strip area but much like a small loft style apartment. LOVED IT!!

The only thing I would complain about if there was a complaint would be parking. There is no parking at the hotel but they do set up valet parking with nearby hotels and its a very short walk back to the hotel.

We loved everything, starting with our check in with Danielle. She was so excited to help us get started with our New Orleans French Quarter trip! Very informative and kind. Being next to an elevator , I was a little nervous but no issues with noise at all. We will be back soon!!

Loud bathroom fans, small bed(need king sized bed) need full length mirror so we can see how good we look!!

The staff at the front desk and the bell staff were fantastic. However, the concierge was terrible. I will discuss that below. They were the only ones that made this stay anything but excellent.

It is a timeshare location. When I booked on Booking.com it was clear that we did NOT have to sit in on a time share presentation. Once we checked in at the front desk, they told us to go to the concierge for recommendations on tours and restaurants. That's when the sales started. When we told her we were not interested in the time share presentation, she looked down at her desk and would not look at us or answer any of our questions. We asked about a restaurant and while still looking down she said "there are a bunch of them around". Thank goodness the location and the room were awesome. Just beware of the old time share sales pitch.
