I loved the staff! They were really helpful and informative. The waiting line was never long as they had plenty of staff at the desks to keep everyone moving. The lobby was clean and beautiful. We were always greeted to a "welcome home or welcome back" when we came back from our excursions. They really seemed sincere and happy with their jobs. I loved that they had washers and dryers on the premises for us to use a NOLA in June is incredibly hot (yes there will be some sweat)

The bathroom was a bit small for two adults and there wasn't a lot of storage (we were there for a week so we had leisure and work attire). We did have issues with our USB ports not working but...they did send someone up withing the hour to fix everything so maybe that should be in the "like" column... Breakfast in their restaurant is pricy for your standard bacon, eggs, toast etc. Cheaper to go out

The hotel was amazing. It was clean, service was excellent, room was clean, everything was as it appeared on the website. It was walking distance to the French Quarter, Jackson Square, the Casino and our attractions. We never got in our car for 4 days. Valet service was great, friendly and expedient. Best stay we think we ever had.

I wish that the valet parking was not $50/day but we understand since they are in the middle of a very congested area that it is probably the average in the area.

This luxury hotel is easy walking distance to Bourbon Street, Cafe Du Monde, live jazz, Creole restaurants in the French Quarter. It offers secure parking, a nice room. We were greeted and asked how things were for us there.

Pricing for parking was $50 for one night! Check in process was a little stressful regarding getting our luggage from the car to the room, tipping people, and the communication skills at the front desk in finding our reservation.

we could walk wherever we wanted to go. The front desk answered any questions we had.

The bed was great and the room was fairly close to he elevator.

The room was located where you could constantly hear train and tugboat horns day and night. Also, there were other guests near my room that were loud, rowdy and yelling expletives throughout the day and night. From 4 PM on was when I first noticed it. Returned at 3AM, 4AM and 7AM on both Friday and Saturday night. It was very disruptive and was surprised management did not take a more stern approach as they were disturbing many of their guests. Will have to consider other hotels in the future if I do not hear from hotel Managers.

Room 2067- comfortable beds and great towels. Good view of parade during Mardi Gras to see if continuing or not for those that went st. Charles to canal.

TV did not work with any show time to watch more than 5-10 seconds, then would pause, then pick up again repeat repeat ANY SHOWTIME MOVIE. Horrible.

Nice, clean, fun, affordable, great location to everything, convenient, the breakfast buffet is exceptional! The staff was amazing they are very helpful friendly and they make sure you don’t have to lift a finger! Valet was so convenient & worth the daily fee! Beds are kinda small but overall rooms are super comfortable

Perfect location for getting around New Orleans. I was able to walk the French Quarter easily and never had an issue getting around, it's not far from the Mississippi and they have a lovely walkway around the river, walked there early every morning. The tram service was right outside the hotel and taxi's were there every morning. Personal comment, the carpets could do with updating in corridors and bedrooms but this in no way detracts from the standard of the hotel in the least bit. Bed was very comfy and I slept well, room was serviced daily. Staff were very busy but always curtesy & friendly.

Towards the busy period of the Mardi Gras events the hotel was taken over by the Krewes, it became harder to get in and out of the Hotel, doors were closed and while I completely understand why this needed to be done (primarily security reasons) it was a bit disconcerting for the regular tourist. In regard to the sheer volume of people in residence and visiting for events in the hotel due to the above reason it was nearly impossible to get a lift to your room in the evenings,

the property was centrally located. perfect location for catching a cable car or walking to just about everything. the staff was great. it was very clean. the pillows were outstanding. the bed itself was ok. the linens were great. is at that because sometimes you get crappy blankets. they had a nice down comforter with a duvet cover. that was important to me after staying in a different property the weekend prior in Chicago. we ate at the hotel restaurant for breakfast three of the four days. it was quick and easy and the food was good too. I highly suggest this property.
