The room was comfortable. Bed and bathroom were great. Room was very clean and well lit. The complimentary breakfast was good and the happy hour kickback was nice. Hotel is convenient to historic streetcars. Easy walk to French Quarter and WW2 Museum. Lots of restaurants nearby.

I liked everything about this hotel. The historic streetcars travel on the adjacent street and are kind of loud. They start early and end late. Some may find this charming, but some may find it disturbing.

This is my second time staying at the Drury New Orleans. The property is well maintained and a comfortable distance from Canal St and the French Quarter.

The carpet inside of the room should be removed particularly because so many people have allergies.

Perfect location. Quick walk to the French Quarter but far enough away for it to be peaceful at night when you want to go to bed. Loved the evening free snacks where you could grab a basic meal to top you up such as jacket potatoes, nachos and pulled pork along with plenty of soft drinks and a couple of free cocktails every night. Staff always very helpful and polite. All areas were clean and tidy and the room had everything you need with a fridge and microwave. Laundry area a bonus too so we could get all our washing done and dried to save us a job when we got home.

Jacuzzi next to the pool could do with being updated as it had broken jets and wasn't very clean. Also the bath in our room couldn't be used as a spa bath, only had the option of shower as the tap adapter was broken which was a bit gutting. Still, for the price it was only minor issues.

This hotel is perfectly located in 5-10 minutes walk to all New Orleans attractions and historical quarters. Staff is professional, friendly, efficient. Rooms are spacious, extra clean, well working facilities, quiet yet effective AC (actually, the best working AC throughout our 1-month travel in the USA), great beds. Plus parking, free breakfast (minimal but good quality), communal washers and dryers... And you can enjoy an outside pool and a jacuzzi! For its location and price its the BEST accomodation you can get!

There are two areas of improvement, but this is just to make this place 11 out of 10 I guess :) 1. Breakfast area can use some redecoreation and reorganisation to bemore stylish and cozy. 2. Rooms can use brighter and lighter colours on the walls and in the furtuture. Keep up your wonderful work, New Orleans team!

This hotel is close to everything you’d want to see in NOLA but secluded enough to not be in the mix if you want quiet time. We didn’t rent a car and we didn’t need one. It’s a short block away from the streetcar and that runs 24/7. The hotel staff especially Matt at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The food was great and lots of variety available. The bed was sooo comfortable I wish I could bring it home with me. I’m definitely using this hotel again when I return.

I wish there were balconies in the rooms so I could sit outside to enjoy the night scenery. That’s just me being picky because it really wasn’t a necessity.

Check in was great, easy, and informative. We had a great time. Their breakfast and evening reception was awesome. The food and drinks were good. The pool and hot tub were nice also. We ate at the Kitchen + Bar Restaurant and the food was good. I had the Buffalo Chicken Salad. The room was great!

There was no hand sanitizer available in the building. I think that it should at least be available in the food area with everyone touching the eating utensils. Coffee is not available all of the time. You can only get it in the main back area where the food is. There was no popcorn available as stated. I think it was $34 a night to park but the parking deck is secured and I felt that my car was very safe.

Free breakfast and dinner, plus three drinks per person was amazing… You wouldn’t really hardly have to spend any money outside of what’s included if you didn’t want to! Our one bedroom suite was perfect for us and our teenage son who stayed on the pullout couch. Lots of privacy! Pool area was nice as was the workout room. Was nice to have laundry facilities though we didn’t need to use. Bar with late night pizza and desserts available for purchase was great and we used that a couple of times. It was great to also have free coffee, juice, and pop available in the dining room all of the time!

The mattress we had could stand to be replaced. It was comfortable for short periods but after sleeping all night, both of our backs hurt each day. The food at the buffet could/should be hotter. Was always sort of barely warm.

Drove in from Texas for a basketball tournament. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating. We arrived about 4am the front desk clerk got us checked in right way! The breakfast and kickback hour is a plus. Our room also had a very clean fridge and microwave. My children loved the rooftop pool and hot tub!!! The location was the best with everything minutes away! The (very safe)on-site parking was probably my favorite of all accommodations. Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!

If I had to just try to find any complaints, it’d be the on-site dining restaurant not the best menu options in my opinion. Very basic and bland selections, oh and it’s take out not room service.

location was perfect, close to all the French quarter but quiet. Close enough to Mardi Gras parades but not too close ! There were other good restaurants nearly if you preferred somewhere bit more upmarket and relaxed. We loved Muriel’s in Jackson Square and Gianna. Evening snacks and drinks in hotel 5.30-7 were great if you didn’t want to out or just for an aperitif! Staff were very professional and helpful, especially Erin and Matt who made a real effort with finding us the room which worked best for us.

We loved the place! Breakfast and complimentary dinner (which we did not expect!) with drinks were great. Outdoor pool and fantastic gym. Great location, allowing you to walk to most places of interest and huge parking (paid additionally, but worth the price). Our suite was very spacious and clean. It was also very quiet because it was located on the top floor. But all of that was surpassed by absolutely phenomenal staff! The hotel boasts that it's family-owned and we indeed felt that employees were like one family, not only to themselves, but also to guests. Super friendly, helpful and accomodating. Thanks a million folks!

Nothing that I could even start complaining.
