The staff was great! The bellhop was prompt, and the valet was great! From the front desk to the breakfast staff.. everyone was incredible. They had answers for all of my questions. I loved the breakfast. I really appreciated the Inability to access a floor without your room key card, made me feel that much safer.

The rooms didn't have fridges, only a mini fridge from which you had to pay for everything. Gladly, I had to check my 2nd room.. I would've never known that the items weren't complimentary. My 2nd room had a note from the hotel attached explaining the mini bar but my 1st room did not.

We stayed 4 days, the location was ideal to go out for a few hours and return to freshen up from the heat and go back out. Gary at the Front Desk was very helpful with all of our questions. Our Bell Hop, Robert 3rd, was friendly, funny, attentive and had the best smile. He remembered us day in and out as we came and went, always greeting usand checking in on us. He even gave us complimentary tickets to The Blues Club to see a show. The rooms were clean and spacious. The food at Tranasse was delicious. Be sure to catch their Happy Hour for appetizers and drinks. We will definitely return.

No fridge or microwave.

The doormen were very welcoming and helpful. There was an issue with the first room we were given. Upon returning to front desk to give our concerns regarding the room a different front desk agent , listened to our concern and immediately without hesitation gave us another room which was soo much better and felt very comfortable. No more issues and we had a very pleasant 6 day stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The look, cleanliness, maid service daily, friendly /helpful doormen.

I tried to call ahead for early check-in, but I got a call center instead. The first guy I spoke with told me it was Sunday and to check in early I would need to add a day to my reservation, when in fact I did not. I called on Monday and he kept telling me it was actually Sunday. A bit hilarious. I hung up and called another number that I thought was the direct line. It ended up being another call center. While trying to confirm my information, She insinuated that the spelling of my name was incorrect and stalled getting me the information that I requested which was “does the hotel offer early check-in”. I was placed on hold and decided to just hang up and arrive at the hotel early in hopes that my family and I could check in early. The receptionist actually pronounced my name correctly and offered me early check in at a fee/ I paid it and we were able to check in. Easy. Everything after that was amazing.

Gorgeous hotel with an outstanding staff who are incomparably talented at the art of hospitality. We had a wonderful time and very fond memories of our stay. Knowing we have access to this safe and beautiful haven, we may have many more weekends in your historic and fascinating city.

It would have been nice to have a small microwave in the room, but this is a tiny thing that did not in any way affect our experience of this world class hotel. We could have gone to the lobby and used one at any time.

This hotel was top notch!!! We truly enjoyed our stay! We stayed in the King w/ balcony, which was so amazing!! The staff was great, the room was amazing and so was the bed! It was in a fabulous spot right around everything. We walked everywhere, left my parked.... We will def stay again! Great Anniversary weekend ❤️

The bathroom was a little small and so was the pool area. I was disappointed about that! It was nice, just lacking!

King sized room with 1.5 bathrooms and a nice sized living room with pull out bed. Great amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Canal Street. Shops and great food nearby. The parking garage is next door so if you don't valet it's great.

Due to a late check in a longer period of time for parking would have been nice. As this was a spontaneous last-minute trip toothbrushes were left behind. The ones that they have are kind of rough to use.

I loved the location. The beds were soft. Staff was friendly.

I didn't like the dated furniture and ripped curtains in the room. Was expecting more. The shower doesn't get hot, and it's dated. Had to ask the staff how to get the overhead shower to turn on. I'm a guest paying for the room and had to also pay $25 per night to park my own car in the garage. Oh and the lighting is terrible in the rooms.

I liked the fact they have a pool but the pool was unattractive

the pool was small and unattractive , the stuff was nice when we checked in but then there was a guy that seems to be there a lot , maybe the daily supervisor. he was not nice. also we wanted to extend in one day and were quoted one price when checking in but when we came to extend they hiked the prices beyond any reason and we had to move to a better hotel with better price and better pool. (dealt with the same guy ). also , is it so hard to have some water in the Lobby, they kept sending us to the shop. thank you!
