We had a beautiful king corner suite with a balcony. The room was roomy, clean & felt so very comfortable. The balcony was HUGE. Every single staff member we came in contact with was so pleasant. Loved that the grocery/snack area was more of self serve with self checkout. The shampoo, conditioner & body wash supplied by the hotel was amazing. Great location, in a "cleaner" side of New Orleans, but still in perfect walking distance/street car ride to all the attractions in the French Quarter/Canal/Bourbon Streets.

The mattress itself was terrible, but I feel like mattresses are hit and miss at most hotels, the bedding itself was great. The self parking option was a bit pricey. No refrigerators in the room- not sure if this is an option in other rooms, but we only had access to a minibar in our room. No way to store any waters or other drinks to keep them cool while staying.

As soon as we walked in everyone was so welcoming and kind! The front desk even upgraded our room because it was a our honeymoon which was a pleasant surprise! The location is awesome close to everything and felt very safe.

Like I said front desk was AMAZING but...at like 2am we received a noise complaint call while we were sleeping, the lady on the phone was nice when we said it wasn't us because we were sleeping. About 20 minutes later someone was banging on our door for a solid minute and my husband woke up to answer and she was persistent that we were making noise and was very rude. Obviously we were sleeping but she didn't believe us for whatever reason. Just didn't appreciate that especially since we had to be up at 4am for our flight.

Everything exceeded my expectations. The bed was super comfortable, the breakfast was ample and delicious, and the balcony was a great touch. The heat in the shower is exceptional.

There are no fridges or microwaves in the rooms. There's a mini fridge stocked with items for purchase, which was nice, but it made me nervous because there were so many rules attached to it, and there were sensors under all the items. I was worried that my room would be charged if I picked something up to look at it. The only lighting in the room was from the lamps stationed around the room. No overhead lighting. It never got bright enough in the room. But if you like to maintain an ambiance at all times, that will work for you.

This property was conveniently located between the French quarter and river walk area. We were able to reach the fun with a 10 minute walk in either direction. The room was spacious and comfortable. I also appreciate the staff allowing us to check in a little early. We had a really early flight and didn’t expect to have a room ready yet. That was a nice welcome!

My only complaint would be the need for a mini fridge in the rooms. Its very hot and it would’ve been nice to be able to grab one of my personal water bottles.

The beds were comfortable, the water was nice and refreshing, no hard water at this hotel. What I really like is that they have room service, u can order food to the room. The amenities were fantastic! The fitness room, swimming pool is clean and big. This hotel is top tier! Two restaurants inside this hotel too! High class, upscale type of hotel. Inside the room, they have a fridge with water, sodas, stocked with liquor. There is also a mini store downstairs. Make sure to go to Pete’s restaurant and ask for bartender Sandy, she sure knows how to make alcoholic beverages! I will definitely book again!

They need to change the batteries in the remote for the tv. It wasn’t working.

We went for our honeymoon. The place was nice and comfortable and was strategically located to walk just about anywhere from Bourbon Street, the French Quarter, Harrah's casino, or museums.

The parking garage was very tight and didn't have good instructions on where to park when we arrived or how to pay for the garage parking. I had to call the hotel from the parking garage to ask whether we pay there or wait and put it on our room bill. The answer was that they put it on your room bill. The turn-in for the garage was from multiple streets and difficult to see unless you knew what you were looking for. Advice: go up to upper levels like 3 or higher and park next to elevators near the hotel.

Very comfortable hotel from rooms to restaurants. Staff was excellent. Food service and quality was very good.

It appears during NFL game weekends the pulling of the fire alarm in the hotel is seen as a fun game. Annoying for sure, dangerous for some gusts and a challenge to catch/prosecute the guilty parties. Need to review fire escape plans for guests, particularly those who could not possibly walk down many flights of stairs.

The staff was great! The bellhop was prompt, and the valet was great! From the front desk to the breakfast staff.. everyone was incredible. They had answers for all of my questions. I loved the breakfast. I really appreciated the Inability to access a floor without your room key card, made me feel that much safer.

The rooms didn't have fridges, only a mini fridge from which you had to pay for everything. Gladly, I had to check my 2nd room.. I would've never known that the items weren't complimentary. My 2nd room had a note from the hotel attached explaining the mini bar but my 1st room did not.

I have stayed at this property several times, and they never disappoint. From the time you check into the time they leave they’re very accommodating and very helpful. The breakfast is amazing .

I didn’t like the fact that it said that you could add breakfast to your stay but they still charge you an 11.99 service fee at. One lady was very upset because she didn’t have money on her and they charged her the 11.99 because her daughter booked a trip for her. So I went ahead and paid her 11.99

Perfect location to walk 15 min to concert at Superdome. Clean room and bathroom and comfy bed with lots of pillows and fluffy towels in the bathroom. We checked in two hours early and got good burger and chicken sandwich to eat in our room as we got ready. Starbucks and smoothies around the corner and river walk shops are 20 min walk. French quarter also in walking distance. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
