Property was in a good location and I loved that it had a washer and dryer in it.

The future was dirty, the floors need a good cleaning, the sofa couches matters could have used a vacuum and saw several baby roaches.

Location was great near the streetcar and canal/bourbon street. Within walking distance to a lot. Excellent, modern apartment and the pictures were accurate! Beds were comfortable and the apartment was really lovely. Large kitchen well stocked, good amount of space everywhere. We had ample space for 2 couples. We are undecided about the virtual concierge-not a dislike, but we definitely weren't used to it.

Just be aware the upstairs bedroom is a loft, not a separate bedroom with a door-not bad for us, but just be aware. The downstairs bedroom really needs a blackout curtain, wow, lots of light in the morning. And on a personal note, all parties felt for the cost, there could have been better toilet paper! The cost of this rental was quite high, although we knew that up front. Wifi can be spotty at times, and a problem for the virtual concierge.

Exceptional apartment -- large beautiful rooms, super quiet (especially considering the neighborhood), anyone's dream kitchen, very comfortable bed.

One thing I really did not like: after paying for my booking I was forced to go to an outside agency for a credit check. I was forced to scan my drivers license, and send it to this 3rd party company I have never heard of. This is unacceptable. They must give advance warning. I may not have booked the hotel if I had known. On top of this, on the day of my stay I was subject to an interview by telephone in which I was asked more security oriented questions (all very friendly, but intrusive and unusual). I repeat: my interactions with Sextant employees were all very friendly, and they were super responsive when I had questions. I am very pleased despite this glitch.

spacious and clean with a great location. easy to walk to and from the french quarter and warehouse district. nice amenities and decor - very minimal and simple. washer and dryer was so great to have during our 6 day stay. and if you needed anything, there was a community storage room that had extra towels, teas, toilet paper, etc as needed. secure and safe entry was a feature that helped set our minds at ease, esp being in a new city for the first time.

right at 11am checkout time, housekeeping crew was right at your door LOL! but other than that, no complaints!

Very classy, good customer service, very clean and inviting. Nice view and close to different stores and sightseeing. Large insides kitchen and all amenities for up-to-date. It smelled nice fresh and clean. The couch and bed were soft, there were seasonings in the kitchen and had enough containers and pots and pans for your convenience. I love the accent brick wall and furniture. Plenty of towels and laundry detergent, trash bags just felt like I was home away from home and it was very romantic!

No pool except at the sister hotel. Had a hard time with my door codes.

Great space for friends and family that want space to spread out a bit. My aunt and I wanted to be close to the attractions of French Quarter and downtown without dealing with the noise and congestion that goes with it. Loved the location with the many restaurants nearby and quick walk to Canal Street. The bedrooms were well appointed and the kitchen set up was great. The living room couch was a little too firm but we didn't spend much time hanging out and watching TV since there's a common area downstairs as well as an outside courtyard for downtime. Would stay here again!

There weren't many cons to this property or our stay. The living room couch wasn't super comfortable for lounging but they had common area spaces that we could use as well to relax outside of the heat.

Our place was a thousand more time better than a hotel room but still kind of intimate. Nicely designed but still comfy. I love plants so I really LOVED the courtyard! Great oasis! Extra amenities easily accessible. Not having to search for a door key which I always seem to lose so I liked secure entrance to property and apartment. The Concierge and phone support persons were readily accessible, very patient , and helpful. Needed maintenance/ IT support (tv internet) who arrived early next business day and quickly resolved our tv issue. great boutique-y feel!

The chair in the living room was small in scale and rickety, not secure so could not use. The people upstairs were heavy walkers so it became kind of noisy, no one’s fault but what are you gonna do?

An excellent property all the way around. Competitively priced in a relatively quiet location but which is close enough to the action in the French Quarter. Modern, spacious, clean and THOUGHTFUL amenities! We like to cook and the kitchen was fantastic. Lots of natural light, Nicaraguan coffee, and first rate cookware/utensils are provided. If you find an issue you don't like, the super responsive staff will do its best to resolve it quickly. Would definitely stay there again!

Found a couple of insects in the dishwasher but the staff was quick to respond. It seemed like an uncommon issue that wouldn't be enough to prevent another stay. In addition, some folks may not like the virtual concierge and keypad entry but we loved it.

Fantastic apartment with all facilities and not even 10 minutes walk from the French Quarter.

We had an agonizing 40 minutes when, arriving from the airport at 1.00 am, we realised that the digicode they sent us was not working. There is no one at reception and we phoned and emailed all the Roami contacts I could get access to but of course in the middle of the night no one answered. We were ready to spend our first night on the couch at reception when someone texted me back and gave me a new digicode to get access to the apartment. 24/7 staff at reception will be a must have on my list next time. Internet connection was slow at the best of times or not accessible on our first day.

The room was very spacious and very stylish! All the necessary amenities were there. Tea and coffee was available downstairs also some toiletries. Neighborhood is really nice and quiet and only 5 minutes walk from the busiest part of the city. The steamer in the bathroom was exceptional! Question to the property - what's the brand please?))) Overall it was amazing!

I had mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Big and visible stain. It would be nice to have black tea please:) The selection was good, but all fruity and I only drink black.
