This hotel has a great location, very close to Bourbon Street. Room was large and the beds were comfortable. It was clean and the bathroom was a good size.

So much plastic is used unnecessarily, for breakfast plates, cups, forks, knives, spoons etc are all in plastic and the utensils are indvidually wrapped in plastic, it Seems unneccesary and wasteful.

This was a very nice hotel. The price was reasonable. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was in a great location, you were in walking distance to everything on Bourbon St and Canal. I'd recommend anyone to stay there.

I love how lowkey it is, the facility doesn’t do too much with the style. Modern, sleek, and exceptional staff. They always knew just what to say and had a solution for any questions I had and were high spirited and very professional. Our room was very clean and it’s close to pretty much everything in New Orleans that’s good and fun to do, without being too close to high crime streets and neighborhoods. Being from New Orleans myself and visiting my hometown I felt right at home in my tourist lifestyle!

No free parking but didn’t really expect it in New Orleans downtown.

Great location, friendly staff. The room was big, comfortable and modern looking.

Corridors were freezing cold, not too sure why. Also a pitty for not being notified about the pool terrace being closed

The location was great the staff was excellent and the breakfast was tasty. The bar was amazing and Ms.Debbie the bartender was amazing and helpful. I would stay again

The carpet had a lot of spots and the parking was terrible they only had valet and you wouldn’t know that unless you asked prior to arriving. We used a shared parking garage from another hotel next door to park and walk down our luggage. The person who checked you in also was parking cars outside which was weird there weren’t any official valet drivers

No working bathrooms in lobby or bar area. I left my jacket there , waited hours for housekeeping to call me back , when I gave in and called them again, I was told they went home. Front desk called me back later and said my jacket will be mailed out the next day and I would get a confirmation number which I never did. I’ll be surprised if I get my jacket. Other than that , the rooms were great but too pricy ! Gust services lady was great! Bar tender nice to talk to. Food was great, but ended too early.

No Working bathrooms in lobby and bar area. None were available or so we were told , I wonder where they went to use it ? Need some benches or something outside to set on.

No parking facility of their own. Had to pay extra for parking. There is a garage right next door, but you pay for it. Parking should be included in the price of the room and validated by the hotel if it is not their parking garage. There was a small discount applied with a promo code but it's less than 10% off. Pool under construction

Beautiful hotel and great location. The staff was amazing especially Nicolas D who works at the concierge desk! He is very friendly and welcoming felt like we made a friend. Highly recommend him if you want to do any activities for a great deal!

Only thing that I didn’t like was that for some reason the housekeepers never came to our room once in our 5 days? We had to keep going downstairs to ask for towels and toilet paper.

I like the room was big and comfortable with breakfast was included in the bill. The Customer Service staff was very nice and helpful to us.

I didn't like that heat in the air conditioner didn't work and the tiolet made a noise after flush it. The maintenance man came to fix the problems. He fixed the problem with the toilet , but it would kinda of cool one night , and I tried to cut the heater afte the mainteance man fix it . but is stop working again.

The hotel is in a great location with everything near.

There was an accident, I called to tell them that I was trapped on the highway between Batton Rouge and New Orleans and that I was arriving as soon as they clear the road. The gas pipe was bursting liquid throughout the floor. they cleared the road the next day at 7 am. The hotel charged me for the rooms that I didn't use nor was it my fault for not being there on time. I called booking and the Hotel to tell them what was happening and they said everything was ok.
