The staff was excellent. If you’re familiar with the french quarter, then you know it’s located in a great spot. Walking distance to several attractions, restaurants and, of course, bars. On property is a coffee house and restaurant/bar (The Bombay Club), which had delicious food, was quiet and relaxing. Even though the streets were filled with people, and really loud music, our room was quiet. Just the occasional door slam, as with most hotels. The valets were great, and took care when parking our car in their lot, that’s located on property.

There were some items that need addressed, but nothing serious.

Very friendly staff. Very close to Bourbon Street. Great little coffee shop, but has very short hours and opens at 7 a.m. little breakfast menu, pastries, and fruit. I love that the lobby is secured and you can only get in with room key, and they have a security guard..

A couple lights didn't work in the room. The room was much smaller than I expected because I ordered the deluxe double bed room. We had to open luggage on bed and leave it there or you couldn't walk around room and there was only 2 of us. Room also had an old misty smell until we settled in an got the a/c going.

Lovely comfortable room, beds were great, internet mostly worked, great view. All the staff were very welcoming and the valet parking was good albeit pricey and a very narrow entrance

Sink water pressure was next to nothing. As the main route into the quarter the nights get progressively busier and louder as the week goes on. When you get a traffic jam and the car with the world's loudest bass is stuck outside you don't just hear it you feel it. Bourbon Street is pretty raucous and you are right next to it. Having said that, overall it's a good place to stay

Breakfast we adequate, coffee was hot. Location was perfect- a block off Bourbon Street- parking courtyard was perfect as well- accommodated my F250 truck in gated courtyard! Staff was amazing, attentive, and willing to help in any way- great value for the money. We had 6 couples staying in 5 properties, and they all paid more than us and had to walk further to the action. Highly recommend. The Bombay Club was quaint, clean, and a welcome relaxing drink- a nice change from the loud quarter...

Some of the rooms were VERY small- not a big deal, as we don't come to the quarter to hang out in the hotel room, but smaller than expected. Another couple with us stayed at the Conti as well, and we were shocked at the size.

Great location just up from Bourbon Street but we couldn’t hear any noise from our room that was lovely. two big double beds and a fantastic shower. old style hotel at a great budget price - we couldn’t fault it! lovely music in the Bombay Club attached to the hotel - happy hours makes the drinks more affordable- after 7pm they go up! Music was great - spoiled a bit by loud mouthed visitors talking or should I say shouting to each other at the bar - these particular bad mannered Yanks had their volume switches stuck on high and stuff everyone else🥴Great choice for a short stay - room serviced everyday - highly recommended!

loud mouthed fellow guests - in the bar🥴

The property was nice and quaint. Mareesa (I think that is how it is spelled), the evening front desk clerk was SO friendly!

When we arrived, the signage was difficult to see and we were unsure of how/where to pull in and check in. This was our first visit to New Orleans so I didn’t know anything about the area. This hotel was in walking distance to most everything. Although my family thought it was great, I would stay further from Bourbon street next time. On Saturday night we did hear music until early morning hours.

There was no breakfast - a pity. It was very beautiful.

We were told the $40 for parking was to cover 24 hours, but the next day we were told we have to leave 5 hours earlier, by noon - so we had to leave early - Actually, we were about to stay for a second night, but the car arrangements were bad, and the staff member was not friendly at all. So we left. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

The location was wonderful. I was able to valet the car and walk to everywhere we wanted to go. I loved the ambiance of the room! It felt so old but yet clean and new. The view of the garden from the window was so cool. Very relaxing.

Very large room on the 3rd floor. 3 room suite - Bedroom, Living room and bathroom. All rooms of a great size. Location to Bourbon Street is a key feature. Literally a 3 min walk. Overall an exceptional room for the price.

Elevator to the 3rd floor would have been nice, especially when hauling luggage. A view of the street instead of the courtyard. Complimentary free parking at this level of booking.

Theroom was beyond amazing, the hotel was beautiful and within walking distance of most attractions. What was not within walking distance we were able to catch some form of public transportation to (bicycle hack, trolley, etc.). And the staff were so friendly and helpful!

We drove around the blocks several times trying to figure out where to park before finally calling the hotel to ask for instructions. Even with instructions we couldn't really figure out exactly what to do. When booking there need to be detailed instructions with a m!p/diagram showing where to enter and what to do. That was my only complaint and certainly wasn't enough to not want to go back.
