The check in was good, the parking was good as well. The room was good, no fridge or microwave. The restroom was good.

When you book just know there is no breakfast included. When i reserved the room i looked under included breakfast and when i saw the questions guest ask one of them asked what there FREE breakfast INCLUDED and the hotel responded with the food INCLUDED. Just to be told that it was before covid and now we have to pay at there sister hotel. Seems odd to be told that since its been 3 years since covid hit seems plenty of time for them to fix the false advertisement also seems that when they sent a message telling u where the breakfast is at would also have been fixed since its been 3 years.

What I loved most was the more great customer service from Aleesha and Pierre. Both were very kind, courteous and cordial. They provided me and my family with the utmost respect, care, and kindness. They have great recommendations as to where to eat and where to hang out and have fun at and we're a blast to talk to in passing while heading to our room. Thank you Aleesha and Pierre for making my nieces birthday a wonderful one!

Yes the bar is closed and elevator a little slow but those things don’t really matter when the location is superb. there’s literally a 100 places to eat and drink within a 30 second walk. it would be nice to have a drink by the pool and maybe staff can advise when the bar will reopen but apart from that it’s a perfectly nice place to stay and the location is perfect.

Location was just steps off from Bourbon St. making it very convenient. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Very clean and comfortable. Absolutely loved my stay there! Little courtyard was adorable.

Was a little disappointed that the heated pool was turned off and no ice on my floor due to it's small hallway. But again staff very nice about getting ice for me. Bar was also closed. No idea why. But again with Bourbon St. so close that wasn't a major issue. Fridge/microwave would be very convenient in rooms.

It was in a great location (very close to many things in the French Quarter), and it was very clean. the staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was a nice size. The courtyard and shared space was really nice. Also, it was very quiet despite it’s proximity to Bourbon Street.

The elevator was extremely slow, and there was no temperature control in the room (there was a thermostat, but I think it was just there for show). Also, it may not be the safest location for coming back late at night on your own. We didn’t run into any issues, but they deadbolt the door after a certain time and a security guard has to let you in. I’ve never run into this at other New Orleans hotels.

Convenient and central location. It was roomy enough and comfortable. The beds had just the right amount of firmness.

The room was on the other end of the block, closer to Bourbon Street and even with the window closed we could still hear the rowdies and drunken revelers on Bourbon Street. Luckily the noise stopped sometime after 1:00am. It wasn't enough to disturb one's sleep and of course the noise wasn't the fault of the hotel, but a room further away from Bourbon Street might've been a better choice.

The room was really clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The room service cleaned the room daily. It's centrally located. There is some noise from bourbon street which might bother some. The rooms are decently insulated but the loud drums still come through (mildly). Nothing that an ear plugs cant fix, if you are a light sleeper!

The elevator swipe card did not work in the lobby. We had to walk to the second floor and take the elevator from there. The person at the reception just said we need to keep trying. They didn't come to help anyone nor put a sign saying its not working so they need to take it from 2nd fl. They were indifferent.

Great location!! Staff was exceptional!! Made check in very easy and super helpful with getting us set up for parking Beds very uncomfortable, pillows soft. Room was good sized and a great walk in shower in the bathroom. Room was very clean and bathrobe and slippers were a great touch. After reading so many bad reviews I was hesitant to stay here but I'm glad I did and would come back again.

I would have like a fridge in the room. The bar and restaurant were closed but with so many places to eat and drink it wasn't that big of a deal.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!!!!!! We could not have been in better spot to experience NOLA!!! Though bourbon was literally STEPS from the front door of the hotel noise was never an issue!! The front desk was PHENOMENAL & anything we needed it was at our door within minutes!!!!! WE WILL BE BACK!!!!

The elevator was quite possibly the slowest I’ve ever been on 😂 the bar wasn’t open and we wished so bad it was!

Great little boutique hotel right off Bourbon. Room was clean and modern. Bed comfy. Nice desk And any room that has an armchair immediately gets high marks in my book. Pierre was great. I arrived early and he got me into a room. I had an interior room so no street noise. Great coffee/pool area to chill and even get some work done.

Would have been nice if bar was open and could have had a cocktail by pool. Common areas, especially elevator, a little dirty.
