Great location, pool is beautiful, bar area is fun, brunch was very good and the staff are incredible.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but the rooms my friends had were a little drab and outdated. Luckily, I got an updated room w an excellent bathroom and luckily faced the garden, so light was abundant. Be sure to ask for a French Quarter view or a garden area view. Rooms seem to be better in those areas.

1 Location was perfect. You can walk to everything without wearing yourself out. Absolutely perfect. 2 Staff was very accommodating. 3 Hotel is beautiful. 4 Although there were electrical outlets easily available at bed sides, we had to move the coffee maker to be able to plug in.

The mattress was uncomfortable. I did not sleep through the night. The room was too narrow for 2 people. There was little space to unpack or have your suitcase open to pull from. There were actually only 3feet from the mattress to the wall. I had to open the ironing board to have a place to put my stuff and we had to move it every time my husband needed to get to the bathroom & the room door.

Great location, majority of staff knowledgeable and friendly, rooftop pool area nice. The daytime concierge was wonderful.

Two things: 1.The evening shift concierge was pompous & rude. 2. We tried to arrange a special surprise to be place in our friend's room for her 50th birthday. Spoke to a women and arranged balloons and a sweets tray to be in the room. Epic fail. We even tried to confirm again that everything was ready when we checked in and were told "yes, there is something set up in the room. The hotel did give her a bottle of champagne and a card from Omni but that was because the birthday girl told them she was visiting for her 50th. When we spoke to management they just apologized and said they'd make sure we weren't billed for the sweet tray and balloons. We looked like fools. We did this in Vegas for another friend's birthday and they did an amazing job. It can be done.

This property was centrally located and we were able to walk or take public transportation to most of tours and activities. The staff was gracious and helpful. There was one day when the person who was responsible for cleaning the room did a shabby job but that apart they other staff went above and beyond to make our stay delightful.

The Add fees I could live without and it would be of great value to the guest if breakfast was more affordable.

Hotel was in a great location, close to everything. Hotel lobby was exceptionally comfortable and welcoming. All interactions with the hotel staff were professional and courteous. The staff was very accommodating and met all our needs. View from the roof top was nice!

We stayed with 3 other families. One of the less expensive rooms overlooked a lower roof and the side of the hotel. The other three rooms had a very nice view of the streets below. You should inquire about the view if that matters to you.

Bar at pool smelled like hot rotted garbage Couldn’t even make a  piña colada. Yes Pool deck a mess not inviting all. Went to bar downstairs and it didn’t smell but they didn’t have pineapple juice, no mint for a mojito, or sour mix to make an amaretto sour, so we gave up and went to a bar in the quarter

I liked the location I liked the bed I really liked the quality of work of the concierge, good advice and was very kind and professional The hotel is beautiful and very authentic to the architecture of the city

The people working at reception were not very pleasant The sound of room ventilation The problem of noise insulation in the bedroom The bathroom was very little

Jazz brunch

The AC was out on the 7th floor and we called the desk about it. They said they would send an engineer (who never arrived) and we asked for a fan which never came. We suffered a very hot and humid night. When we mentioned it to the desk, they did move us but only gave us a $50 credit to use at their restaurant. I think they should have comped our room. So we got no benefit from it.

Located in French quarter in one of the high crime cities, the hotel was very clean, amazingly super nice and helpful staff. We arrived early and unlike most hotels they let us check-in a few hours early Our room was clean and comfortable with all needed amenities. We had a fantastic breakfast that was provided by the wedding party, delicious! Did I mention amazingly helpful and friendly staff?

This hotel is in the heart of the French Quarter, so is the perfect location to explore that area. The staff were all extremely friendly, happy to give recommendations of local gems and share the places they love to visit, in the city. The hotel is super clear and the decor is beautiful. We booked a small room, but we’re upgraded for free on arrival which was a nice surprise. We didn’t eat in the hotel restaurant but so many local uber drivers told us how good it was. The poor area was clean and tidy, with a nice heated pool. I would highly recommend this hotel, great location, excellent staff who made us feel right at home.

There was a daily charger for WiFi which we were not expecting, this is free if you join their guest mailing list, which we did. There is parking on site, but was double what we’d paid in Nashville and Memphis at nearly $50 a day, which is very expensive.
