Service was excellent and the staff were very helpful, I will definitely book again just because of that.

The breakfast was awful, only options were cereal with milk I can't digest because there was only regular milk, oatmeal, hard boiled egg which was ok and some disguising breakfast sandwiches. I would kill for some pancakes, waffles, sausages, scrambled egg, toast, bacon, etc.

The location was great, I was looking for something close to the casino and it was in very close proximity to the casino with a more reasonable price than the casinos hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The place was clean and quiet.

I not partake of the breakfast because it was not buffet style (due to restrictions) like it was before Covid. I wish that it had been, I was looking forward to not having to go out for breakfast. The bed was not very comfortable, I woke up with aching pain from my head to my feet. My body felt like I had been in a fight with someone punching on me.

Breakfast was top notch, the staff were mostly interactive and accommodating. Glad for the shuttle service, lobby was inviting and comfortable. Really liked set up of rooms with king size beds. Jazmine was the best front desk staff I’ve experienced in a very long time!

Hiccup with shuttle had us waiting over an hour. Big misses in communication. I chose the hotel because of the airport shuttle, yet it was not avail 9am-4pm when some of my business partners flights arrived or departed. While location is good for Live! Casino, not so good for exploring and getting around without a car. The handling of split payment for our room turned into a headache that hasn’t been resolved. Again big misses in communication.

It was a bit of a disappointment that the hot breakfast shown in pictures was not available. I loved that coffee and snacks were available 24/7. It was very confusing to tell what was free and what we should scan. We brought grandkids and they were up at 6 and breakfast wasn't until 7, so we enjoyed a bit of TV time until then.

We loved that the pool was open. We had it all to ourselves. The grandkids wanted to go after breakfast, but we had to wait until 10 to get in. The towels could be bigger and warmer. Loved that the pool was well heated. The shower in the pool area was very helpful with the little ones. I wish there was a bathroom closer to the pool.

The 1st room they gave me was unclean; 2nd room was much better; breakfast was ok; did not inform us that we had to call the hotel to request the shuttle to pick us up from airport

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was underwhelming but appreciated. The room at night was warm despite the thermostat set to the lowest level possible at 66.

Easy check in. Good price great location. Heated pool Very clean very spacious complimentary breakfast.. Good parking well lit safe parking.

The maid kept knocking on the door . We had a late check out.

I loved location, cleanliness and quiet. This time I booked a studio omg I loved it.

My booking was almost cancelled at the property because I couldn’t find my ID although I had my cc and other things proving I was who I was. but I could understand picture was needed.

We have a grandson at the naval academy and it was more affordable for our 3 night visit then being closer to Annapolis. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We will book there again.

The location was perfect for last minute planning and the location was also near convenient stores, gas, restaurants, etc
