The staff was amazingly knowledgeable of all the facilities and had the most positive attitude! I told them that it was my birthday and upon checking I was allowed to pick two snacks for my kids! They added little touches to really make me feel special! There is a shuttle that takes you to the mall, casino, airport and back to your hotel. Our driver Kevin was wonderful and made us feel safe and comfortable after he picked us up and dropped us off. The shuttle really saved me time and money trying to get to the mall! I also love the fact that there was a heated indoor pool because I could swim comfortably with my children even if the weather outside is not as nice. I enjoyed the hot breakfast as it was perfect to start the day! The location was also amazing as it is across the street from the major mall, casino and very close to the airport as well uh

Very convenient to airport with the shuttle. We were able to leave our vehicle here during our trip rather than at the airport which saved us a lot of money. We enjoyed the green breakfast and staff was kind.

The only disappointment we had was on returning to the hotel to retrieve our vehicle at the end of our trip. We didn’t know the hotel shuttle hours were limited on when they would pick us up. We weren’t given that information, just told to call the hotel when we landed. So instead of waiting over an hour we just took a taxi back. Still cheaper than airport parking, but would have been nice to know in advance.

Service was excellent and the staff were very helpful, I will definitely book again just because of that.

The breakfast was awful, only options were cereal with milk I can't digest because there was only regular milk, oatmeal, hard boiled egg which was ok and some disguising breakfast sandwiches. I would kill for some pancakes, waffles, sausages, scrambled egg, toast, bacon, etc.

The location was great, I was looking for something close to the casino and it was in very close proximity to the casino with a more reasonable price than the casinos hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The place was clean and quiet.

I not partake of the breakfast because it was not buffet style (due to restrictions) like it was before Covid. I wish that it had been, I was looking forward to not having to go out for breakfast. The bed was not very comfortable, I woke up with aching pain from my head to my feet. My body felt like I had been in a fight with someone punching on me.

The hotel was very clean inside and out. All the staff were very friendly and willing to answer any questions. Loved the free wifi and access to my Netflix account on the TV.

There was a bit of a stench in our room. When you walked in the was a smell of musk and it seems they tried to cover it with carpet fresher which didn't hide the smell at all. Once in the room for a while, the smell was no longer as strong.

Everything appeared clean, neat and very comfortable. Excellent location for any shopping needs whatsoever!

The breakfast was just okay. The selection was very small and the hot food seemed limited to sandwiches. I would have preferred a plate of options like eggs, sausage, bacon, etc. I was surprised there was not even a waffle maker which I see in the cheaper hotels. I was disappointed with breakfast.

Breakfast was top notch, the staff were mostly interactive and accommodating. Glad for the shuttle service, lobby was inviting and comfortable. Really liked set up of rooms with king size beds. Jazmine was the best front desk staff I’ve experienced in a very long time!

Hiccup with shuttle had us waiting over an hour. Big misses in communication. I chose the hotel because of the airport shuttle, yet it was not avail 9am-4pm when some of my business partners flights arrived or departed. While location is good for Live! Casino, not so good for exploring and getting around without a car. The handling of split payment for our room turned into a headache that hasn’t been resolved. Again big misses in communication.

Loved the pool and the hours. The beds were super soft and smelled clean. The staff were wonderful, kept smiles on their faces the entire time of our stay. We are definitely coming back.

The ac was on a timer so at night it got really hot. We had to ask for maintenance then he adjusted it and it was hot during the day instead of night

It was a bit of a disappointment that the hot breakfast shown in pictures was not available. I loved that coffee and snacks were available 24/7. It was very confusing to tell what was free and what we should scan. We brought grandkids and they were up at 6 and breakfast wasn't until 7, so we enjoyed a bit of TV time until then.

We loved that the pool was open. We had it all to ourselves. The grandkids wanted to go after breakfast, but we had to wait until 10 to get in. The towels could be bigger and warmer. Loved that the pool was well heated. The shower in the pool area was very helpful with the little ones. I wish there was a bathroom closer to the pool.
