Everything! Staff, DM, location, breakfast, cleanness. What a wonderful place to be! Upon entering the hotel we were greeted by the district manager (Donna Marie) with a "Welcome Home" I didn't know how those two words would rang so true to our stay at Home2 Suites. But they did rang true. It was just like being home. The kindness of the staff and their attentivness to our needs superseded anything I had hope for. The suite was large and clean! I asked before we went into our room if I could get a clean bed spread(my paranoia after seeing so many videos on what hotels clean and what they don't) I was immediately told by the manager that they are change upon every departure of a room, this reassured me and when we got into the room we could see why they call it Home2. It was spotless. They have white bed covers so you can immediately see if there was anything out of place! Our stay was perfect! The breakfast was good and I was surprised by how much food and the variety they offered. My jubilation of the choice this hotel was elevated even more, when I had forgot an item at the hotel. The staff quickly retrieved it and sent it to me! How great was that? I will make this my home away from home whenever I come back to the area to stay. It was and is well worth the visit.

Nothing! Really everything was wonderful. I truly don't have anything to say that I didn't like.

First, an foremost the shuttle pickup at the Airport was a great transition and ride to the hotel the driver a young lady was very nice.Upon arrival at the hotel my wife and I was greeted by Ms.Donna Marie the General Manager ,She was so nice cordial, professional and very hospitable towards us. We felt Special ,like family and right at home. AWESOME!!!!!

I liked the room because it had a real refrigerator and freezer and not a mini one. It was clean and kept my food very cold. The bed was very comfortable and microwave was very convenient. I enjoyed having the shuttle carry me to the mall. I just wished they had hours between 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. when it resumed. Two drivers were courteous when I used it.

The breakfast was average. It ended at 9:00 a.m. and if you came any time after 8:30 most of it was gone. And what was left wasn't appealing. The scenery was not pleasing. I was looking down on the utilities operation. One other shuttle driver was lazy. He did not get out to open and shut the doors like the other two drivers.

The room was exactly what we needed, check in was easy, people were friendly.

The shuttle service to the airport was late. When the front desk called for them to come over to get us no one answered the phone. I walked over to Fairfield Inn and noticed the front desk employee sitting with AirPods in her ears! No wonder she couldn’t hear the phone! That made us 15-20min late getting to the airport for an international flight. I see that as unacceptable behavior on her part!

Breakfast was amazing. A lot to choose from whether hot or cold. Kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was close to highway and close to mall area which was key to choosing this location. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. For sure will be returning to this hotel in the near future.

We had to vacate our house for four days when our hardwood floors were being sanded and stained. We had two small dogs with us. The room was spacious with a huge bathroom. It was the perfect place to put water bowls. The staff was amazing. They placed in a room on the first floor by a side door. We were able to take out our dogs without disturbing anyone. There is a park with a paved walkway and dog park. It was perfect for our needs. The room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent, great variety of choices. Convenient parking and location. Room was well supplied with most amenities.

Clock in the room would have been helpful. Shower heat was hard to adjust.

Location of hotel was great and breakfast was delicious. The playground/park located behind the hotel was an awesome bonus to our stay. Our children enjoyed the pool after a long day of playing in a baseball tournament.

I had to walk all the way around the building to bring in and take out my luggage because sliding doors were only on one side, and high $250 fee
