Felt safe. Friendly staff and customers. Easy in and out. Away from the noise of the main highway yet easy to get to. Comfy beds with lots of pillows. There was a Bible in the night stand.

Breakfast. Very processed. No whole milk, only egg whites. Not healthy. I’m use to real eggs and milk from a local farm and all pasture raised. The oatmeal was great and had walnuts, cranberries and raisins and honey to add. Light shines in room at night from around edges of door. Can hear people talking in hallway. I would like literature in the room on local restaurants that deliver and places to see, things to do. Also info on the hotel, amenities and check out times. I don’t like having to look everything up on my phone.

Location close to where we was going and plenty of areas to eat. Hotel breakfast was great. Staff was great. Lady at the desk forgot her name but she was very sweet and welcoming

The Dennys that was attached was understaff for a busy weekend we couldn't get settled after our late nite venue and that was the only place open close by. Shower in are room was clogged. Wasn't that big of a deal. They tried unclogging while we were staying went down better after. Over all it happens so not mad.

Chose this hotel as an affordable highly rated option for a music festival in the area. Very pleased with our choice. Clean, friendly staff and great customer service.

Breakfast was just ok, my biscuit wasn't cooked through. Only ate there once during our 3-day stay. NOTE: There's a Denny's right outside (we did not try, but it's an option).

The location is close to BWI Airport and convenient going towards either Baltimore or Washington. A Denny's Restaurant is right next door. Parking is good. The room had a microwave and refrigerator, along with the usual coffee maker and a few toiletries (there was a sign that more were available if something was forgotten). A shopping pantry is next to the front desk with food and other sundries. Breakfast was fine; a lot of military personnel in uniform were in the room. Arundel Mall, with lots of stores and restaurants, is just a few miles away. There is an indoor pool and fitness center.

While convenient to the airport, there are a few twists and turns a driver has to make after exiting the highway to get to the hotel. Other than the Denny's, no other place to eat seemed within walking distance.

Our plane arrived to Baltimore very late and we did not get to the hotel until about 2a.m. We received a call shortly after landing to confirm that we were still on our way and were greeted nicely upon arriving at the hotel. Wish I could remember the gentleman's name that checked us in. He was very pleasant and offered us a late checkout. Beds were super comfortable and we're happy to see a 24 hour Denny's that shared a parking lot with the hotel. Hotel was located very close to airport which was nice but soundproofing was good. We didn't hear any planes overhead

Everything was great

The breakfast was excellent and the mattress was good and firm for my back. Will return here in June for Roller Skating Regionals. The other guests were respectful and kept the noise and nonsense to a minimum.

The Denny's out front was out of food. Everything I asked for they did not have. There were no brochures in the room with other eatery suggestions. Would be a great help to those not familiar with area.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating Darrick was an overnight receptionist at the front desk. We stayed at Maryland live until 7am on the day of check out and there was absolutely no way that I could get enough sleep to check out by 11am. Darrick was gracious enough to help me sign up for an IHG account and I was able to get enough sleep by requesting a late check out. The breakfast was amazing as well, everything was cooked to perfection. The kitchen staff greeted every guest with a welcoming smile and helped provide assistance to those that needed it. Parking was a breeze. I felt safe at this location. The entire hotel was clean and smelled fresh. The hotel is far enough from the main hustle and bustle but yet close enough to the main attractions in that area. When we return will definitely be staying here again.

As we entered the room my daughter commented on how you could tell from the smell the sheets were clean. She was also impressed with your 24/7 coffee service in the lobby. I was very impressed with this hotel compared to others I have stayed in within this area.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Staff was very accommodating with special needs and shuttle was efficient and convenient. Room was clean and breakfast very nice. Would recommend for short term stays. Comfortable bed.

furniture was adequate for our needs with plenty of outlets, but appeared worn. Desk chair needed new upholstery.

Only 1 elevator was working and the hotel was full. Had to wait for the elevator a couple of times because it was so full. Most of the staff was very friendly but asked a question to one staff member and it was like I was bothering her and was very stern with her answer. Not very helpful or friendly.
