It was clean, fully renovated

Everything was great except the fact that the booking did not specify that this hotel charges $200 deposit fee at front when you check in(even after paying Everything) they give it to you back at the end if Everything is OK with the room but imagine you only brought 200 extra to spend at the beach

This is my 4th time staying here! It’s a great place! Away from the crowd but right off the beach and boardwalk! It’s inexpensive and VERY clean. One thing I liked most was the water pressure and hot water. It went for a long time! Both my partner and I were able to get long hot showers without rushing. We joked on wanting what ever system they had! I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay the night near everything but not break the bank. Staff are very nice and accommodating!

The bathrooms are outdated but this is something that is common in ocean city. Some of the rooms are not “sound proof”. You can still hear the noise of those above you, outside your door or in the next room if they were speaking a little loudly. We used the AC as white noise to cover it.

Everything was very clean, staff was very accomidating and friendly. Would definately Recommend

Clock wasn't working in room and toilet paper was really skimpy!!!

Everything was fine with the exception of the Wi-Fi. Myself and the other occupant developed problems with our personal cell phones when I tried to log on to the Kings Arms wifi, requiring a visit to the cell phone carrier. The Tv cable was intermittent as well. Also, a suggestion would be to also have shelving or something in the bathroom to hold your accessories. The people were very nice & courteous.

We have stayed here before!! Since the last time we came, the place has been updated. Mainly just the rooms!!

We can’t really complain too much, the only few things was when we got in the room there was a bug on the floor near the bed, which can happen anywhere!!! The shower curtain rod was broke and Q-tips were shoved on the side to keep it up. This could’ve been easily fixed. Other than that this place was perfect!!

The hospitality y’all have is just very different for me it’s natural for people to just be respectful I come from a mean state lol so I go laces where I’m most comfortable at & Ocean City is just that so thank you for making it possible for us to walk the sands & touch the waters of Gods creation!!!!!!!!

The fact I had to go back to Ny n the state of an emergency I didn’t check in until 11pm paid the whole bill paid for the following night due to being so tired driving 10 hours I just feel as if I should of gotten half back I checked out at 3 pm so the room was more than ready

Bed was comfortable, pool was nice, room was clean, not too too far from the beach, older woman, probably the owner, was super nice, gave us a small coffee pot with coffee to make in our room. Really was super appreciated

TV worked on and off, no phone in room to call the front desk, no a/c in the bathroom and the bathroom door had to be slammed to close all the way, not bad for the money tho, but...the younger woman at the front desk was miserable, she seemed like she hated being there and definitely wasn't even a little bit friendly!

Renovated room, good location, reasonable price, clean, friendly staff, allow late check out, allow you to park your car longer after checking out

Walls are thin, can hear your neighbors loud and clear. Wifi is really weak, had to use Hotspot on my phone

Simple accommodations for a one-night stay. Room and pool were very clean. Lots of chairs at pool.. Anna at front desk was very nice! Centrally located, you can walk a block to beach. Parking was tight but no issue as they issue a pass for your space. Ice machine available. Chairs outside rooms to sit and relax. Relatively quiet, but you do have some traffic noise from main drag. Would stay here again for short term trip. Good spot for American Legion members as the local Post is next door.

Wish they had a coffee maker in room.
