the location was just perfect, view was amazing, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was very easy to access and the balcony was a plus. We enjoyed the microwave and small fridge, and the coffeemaker.

We arrived late in the evening, and parking was a problem. The staff was very accomodating though, and we were happy with the location of our vehicle overnight. To be fair though, parking is an issue all over throughout the area, as one would expect in a resort location. The parking spaces are very tight everywhere, so larger vehicles beware.

The location was great, facility was in good condition and clean. The staff was super friendly.

There was people smoking on the balconies even though there was no smoking signs.

Breakfast never knew they had it or I would’ve tried it at least. The hotel is in a great location, not to close to all the noise down at end of boardwalk.

The part I didn’t like was on the balcony had no privacy features and the people are right next to you and can view you while in room. There is a easy fix for this and not very expensive to fix. All you have to is put up some privacy walls such as vinyl or tin. If you were to fix this your rating would go upon my opinion. Because doing my stay I did ask the other guest about this issue and it was a concern to them as well

They need more parking available at the hotel, I think there was only 8 spots at the actual property.

The ocean front view was the best! The manger was very nice and helpful and staff was good.

Parking was tight but at least we had free parking so that was good. Pool off grounds was not ideal but at least you had a pool to go to verses not having one so that’s good. The vendors below our rooms were terrible. The filth that came out of their mouths was horrible. They constantly said “pus-y” which was foul and defensive. There’s nothing anyone could do and it went on every night. They would entice little girls in and give them half-price items. It was terrible sight! Cool topic I wouldn’t let my daughter go in there. They hounded people to come in their store, kept on asking them to come in people to walk by and were aggravated about them constantly asking them to come into the store. It really was awful I wouldn’t sit out there with my 16-year-old daughter.

wished the hotel had a pool. also, the doors to the rooms had to be slammed to get shut so you could hear when someone was coming or going in every room. The beds were also very hard.

The Staff was very accommodating and the location was excellent. The room was directly overlooking the Boardwalk with an excellent view of the Ocean.

Unfortunately, The Hot Water to the Shower would periodically come and go while taking a shower. It wasn't a great feeling to have no hot water while in the process of taking a shower. I apparently wasn't the only room with the issue because I couldn't help overhear the guess next door discussing the very same issue with the Front desk as we headed out to the Boardwalk. The other issue was with no fault of the Staff and really is an isolated issue, that is with the parking lot. Having a Dodge Ram 1500 was the easiest in parking in the small lot. At one point, I wasn't able to open any of my truck doors to exit the vehicle after parking, I literally had to squeeze out my back window to the vey back of the cab to exit .

We loved the location and easy access to the beach! The daily "goodie bag" of towels, tiolet paper, coffee supplies, and cups left on our door was especially nice as a contact-free way to supply our needs.

Travelers should be advised that parking can be a great challenge at the hotel. You are guaranteed only ONE spot with your reservation with no exceptions. Spots are available, but you may be far away. If you are physically challenged in any way, you need to consider this as handicapped parking is very limited, too.

The hotel was very clean and every member of the staff was very friendly. The booked us on very short notice - less than 2 hours - and had our room ready early when we got there. We had just left a different hotel after an awful experience and this hotel and the staff saved our family vacation. I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The room was practically brand new, spotless, and very comfortable. Looking forward to our next visit for sure. The property is right in the center of the boardwalk so everything is a quick, easy walk.

It was very clean smelling when we entered the room. I loved having an oceanfront view. Everything you need is within walking distance. All staff at the front desk were welcoming and very friendly.

There was no housekeeping in the room once you were in it. They hung towels and washcloths on the door. The floors were dirty from the start. My husband’s white socks were black! The other thing was that there was very loud rap music playing until 2 am from the shop that was open below us. It was hard to sleep because of all the noise.
