Everything, especially the view, is amazing. I love it, and it's also close to everything. I love the Bayside view, and the staff is really friendly. That was our 3rd time that we stayed there, and we definitely would stay there again. I really like the fact that everything is in walking distance and it's not far to the boardwalk. My parents even loved it. We also love to go fishing and crabbing, and it's really nice that the fishing pier is right there and included in your stay. The only thing I had to do was get a pass from the office with our room number and the date on it. We really enjoyed fishing and crabbing over there. We will definitely be back again. Even the sunsets are breathtaking and so beautiful i really enjoy watching them

The staff are always friendly and polite. When we arrive we don't move the car until we leave. Everything is within walking distance. Whether the beach, fishing or hanging at the pool is your thing, those are all things right there or easily accessible to.

I don't go on vacation for the room so it doesn't bother me that things are a little dated. The rooms are simple but if you have high expectations you should probably pay more to stay somewhere with newer accommodations.

The proximity to the beach, boardwalk, Trimper rides, and restaurants was great! It was close to everything but far enough away so that we weren’t disturbed by the rides/boardwalk noise. The beach was only a block away. The pool was refreshing and the staff was very friendly. We will be back!

If you are expecting high class quality room and bedding, you will be disappointed and might want to go elsewhere. The hotel room was outdated, but it didn’t bother us since the quality of the room was not a big priority of our trip. We went here for the location and the beach.

The accessibility, the convince of being close to everything within walking distance, beautiful views , comfortable lounge chairs, grills easy to use .

There was not much I did not like. The property was comfortable , staff was kind, met my expectations.

The outdoors was ok..Close to everything.. I will go again..Workers that clean are very nice..And the people at the office were good as well..

The room smells like cigarettes…Very unpleasant when you are not a smoker..Couch very uncomfortable and dirty with stains, no blankets for it..The tv didn’t work.. and door needs to have an extra lock for protection..

And and being on inlet friendly people both help and vacationers. We would like to come back in fall only a larger room.

The bathroom was to small especially the shower and sink. No were to put toilets also south a small room no chair to rest. This was partly my fault because I didn’t investigate.

Love the view from the hotel balcony at the bay. Room was comfortable,place is really clean,friendly and attentive staff will definitely recommend can't wait to go back soon

The only thing I didn't like much was the bathroom in my room was small and to get dress it was some uncomfortable but other that that no complaints at all

We LOVE the Oceanic! It is located right smack on the Ocean City inlet, walking distance to the boardwalk, breakfast spots, the Talbot Street Pier. You can fish right along the inlet or on the fishing pier on the property (motel guests get free passes). Wake up early and see the fishing boats go out. Laid back, family friendly place loaded with regular people just having a great time. BBQ grills and adirondack chairs are all over the place. The pool was clean and nice, a perfect place to just relax and watch the beautiful view. Views of Assateague island. And affordable. It does not get better than this.... but it is not a luxury hotel. If you are looking for fun and convenience, maybe do a little fishing, don't care about fancy hotels and amenities, this is your place.

I liked how close it is to the boardwalk. All the amenities. You really didn't even need to leave the motel. The staff was excellent, always nice and helpful.

Parking. Because if you have more than one car per room you have to park one of the cars in the lot next to the motel and it is very expensive.
