We stayed for 12 nights —a long stay for Boston hotels, and the night they gave us a triple room (there were 3 of us) with a wall as a view. It must be said, the same night we complained saying we were spending there 12 nights and that we deserved a better room than a basement with a brick wall as a view. The next day we were moved to the 7th floor with an outstanding view. Location, amazing, as promised. Staff very kind and helpful in general, especially the Colombian service was outstanding and very pleasant.

The price —way too high for the level of services. Dietary needs —warned in advance— were met with a cardboard gluten free bread and they charged you 1$ extra for the bread (2 slices). But the staff tried to be helpful and accommodating at all times.

Location was great!

Upon check-in and out, I had to drop my bags, then go park my car. Consequently, when checking out, it was pouring rain, and I had to, first, go get my car, then drive back to the hotel to get my bags. Which wouldn’t have been so bad if the hotel and parking structure weren’t both on one-way streets! I had to deal with crazy traffic just to get out of the garage and return to the hotel! Since a parking fee was charged by the hotel, it would have been wonderful if the valet parked & retrieved cars for the guests. Other than that…I had a great time staying at this location!

Fantastic location within walking distance of so many downtown events and attractions. Breakfast was not included in the room although we got a credit for breakfast we could use. Our bed was comfortable and the linens were soft.

The menu did not accommodate someone who does not eat dairy, meat, or eggs. Oatmeal with fruit would have been a welcomed addition. Nondairy milks would also be a plus. The restaurant was transitioning to a Greek theme and was in its first week with new owners. Perhaps it was a post-pandemic vibe, but our hotel room felt a bit tired. Side lamps needed repair and the service staff was spread pretty thin (but remained cordial)

The close to the airport location, also to the historical district. My room was exceptional. Very spacious, and well appointed. It was very quiet. The lobby was impressive, I appreciated the bottle of water in the lobby, at no charge, very much. The desk clerk was a lot of fun to deal with, even though I arrived after midnight. It was also a plus that they have access to a private driver at a very reasonable rate that I booked to return to the airport the next day.

It wasn't a matter of not liking. I just wasn't aware that everything shuts down earlier than normal on Sunday evenings. Restaurant and bar were already closed. That has no bearing on the hotel.

Location was excellent. Room was satisfactory other than the fact that there was a wobbly toilet. This was pointed out to the front house staff and they assured us it would be fixed. However it wasn't and we didn't bother reporting it as it was towards the end of our stay

We decided one morning to have breakfast and we couldn't praise enough the male server who did all he could to make us have a comfortable breakfast. Bringing coffee without beng asked and providing condiments suitable for our breakfast. The last day when we had breakfast we were served by a surly waitress who didn't provide us with any condiments until we asked for them and then the jam had been opened, there were only 3 pats of butter for 4 pieces of toast and we had to request more coffee. Not happy with this experience. Beware an extra $25.00 per day is charged for location.

Location, location, location. Cannot be better for a 2-3 day stay. The bed was comfortable, wifi worked with no issues. did not hear any noises from the other suites.

furniture and facilities are a bit dated. My hair dryer wasn’t working and I was given a replacement that was all scratched and heavily used. I think for a 4 star hotel that is not acceptable. also they told us we need to tell them when our room requires room services - come on! Covid is over, there is no excuse not to make our room daily for the price charge and the star rating they have. I donor want to be asking for that separately.

The staff when we checked in were friendly and personable. The view from the room was fun and beautiful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Amazing location. The valet gentlemen were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom shower was a great size but there was mold on the floor stall in the calk. The mirror’s paint was pealing extensively and the wallpaper next to the sink was all splattered with sink spray, toothpaste and whatever. The destination fee ($25) is a gimmick and silly. The parking fee is crazy at $62. We would have loved some free “good” coffee in the lobby ( with real cream).

We came to experience the Boston Marathon and Boston...it was the PERFECT location. We only encountered one staff member who was lacking in basic local knowledge but all were personable and in some cases exceptionally helpful. (the valets were all great with friendly help when asked.) Staff at the bar were also wonderful. Our room was clean and comfortable.

We do think you should buy the restaurant more than one corkscrew as I had to go back up and bring my bottle down to open it...they couldn't let their ONE corkscrew out of their sight, which I understood.

Location was perfect. We were able to walk to most places. The area had a lot of eating and drinking options.

Didn’t like the $25 destination fee, on top of the other fees. Another add on fee that could be charged just because they can. For it, was treated to free bottled water and a small discount on a tourist trolley ride. If the room charges a need to be more, just add it on the original price, so one doesn’t feel like they’re being scammed.

The staff was beyond friendly and really made us feel like we were welcomed to the beautiful facility. The hotel was super clean which was nice.

Parking was a bit challenging. They did have 2 different options. 1. Self parking-dockside garage 2. Valet parking We decided to do self park and they explained that the garage was right across the street. The issue was that in order to get there you had to go all the way around, back on to surface road and then find it on the right side. I think we ended up missing it twice, but once we figured it out the location for that was convenient to location of the hotel and to Faneuil hall/quincy market/ waterfront/aquarium/north end. I think if i received a hard copy map it would have been easier to navigate.
