Excellent location. Very clean. Spacious suites. The Observation Deck on the 26th floor offers stunning views; went up in the morning, at sunset and at night for different looks. The laundry room on the 24th floor was very useful. Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. Monica at the front desk gave us plenty of information regarding cafes, restaurants and city tours. Sean at the reception was friendly and cheerful. The bartender had a lovely disposition. The gym has enough equipment to help maintain one's fitness while travelling. We had a wonderful time. Note: There is no coffee shop on site. For Five Coffee Roasters is across the street and Tradesman Coffee Shop and Lounge at the Hilton is a block or two a way (excellent coffee).
Unfortunately we got a suite on a lower floor, the suites on the upper floors have wonderful views.

Spacious 1-br suites with small kitchenette (no stove, but microwave/fridge/toaster/utensils, etc.) Very friendly staff Several hotel-sponsored events, like tours and tastings (chowder, chocolate) Comfortable beds Very quiet rooms - 3-pane windows - Couldn't hear the Noreaster blowing outside Nice gym and complimentary laundry facilities (they even provide detergent)
Due to Covid, they only had a la carte continental breakfast options, which didn't look very good. We didn't use that. However, there is a great bakery a few blocks away called Tatte, which has fantastic breakfast/lunch items.

Suite size, with two big teens we had enough beds, floor space and wardrobes for everyone. Appreciated the kitchenette and pool table. Enjoyed the tours, they were a nice extra, concierge v helpful too.
11am check out.

The room was great. We were on the 8th floor, and it felt like we were alone on it. The staff was friendly and the hotel was well situated, in walking distance from attractions like the aquarium, the old state house, Faneuil & the Quincy market. A big plus with small children!
The amenities are pretty underwhelming compared to other hotels at this price range I've been to, but it wasn't a deal breaker for me. (little breakfast options, no pool, tiny gym, etc.)

Location was great. Walked to what we wanted to do. The room was beautiful and so was the building. Loved the game room in the clock tower. And the view from clock tower was incredible!! We went up there every night we stayed! Beds very comfortable.
No direct route from elevator. Have to drag suitcases up a few down a few stairs then go around rotunda and up a few stairs. Other than that: room was great!

Everyone was super friendly and helpful, it was in a location central to most of the things we wanted to visit, and the property is gorgeous!
My only negative was that it was brutally hot throughout the property. It's an old building and it can only run the heat OR the air conditioning, not both. So when it was 70 degrees out, the heat was still on, the rooms were 78 degrees even at night, and the windows don't open.

The location was amazing. This is a really special place. The room was really cool and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful.
We had a two story room, which was cool, but there was no good place to put our luggage downstairs (or upstairs) and I could not haul my suitcase up the stairs and would not want to go up and down the stairs to unpack into the closet in the bedroom area.

The location was great. Right net to the aquarium, the freedom trail, Fanieuil Hall. There is a T stop right outside the hotel. Nice restaurant choices nearby as well. Very walkable city. And the hotel made cookies in the afternoon. The kids loved that.
There was a noisy fan in the room. I think something might have come loose in the HVAC unit. But it did provide some white noise to cover up snoring. :)

The property is beautiful and an historic gem, located in the center of everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 1 bedroom suite was beautifully appointed. Staff thinks of everything, including providing detergent for laundry and an umbrella for the unexpected showers. I would definitely recommend.

The location is brilliant. It’s quiet and stunning inside. The room was very comfortable and beautifully clean. We loved it.
The air conditioner was very loud and cut in and out all night. With a mezzanine bed in summer we needed it on but I think the air conditioning badly needs updating.
