Very nice hotel next to aquarium of Boston and right in front of a metro station which is very handy. They work with a public parking not far where we can benefit from preferential prices. There is an opportunity to have breakfast and dinner on the spot.

The queen beds are a bit small. The breakfast is very limited. They only had eggs on the whole proposed menu. It was also quite expenssive.

Location was great. Room perfect size.

No coffee or tea is offered in the morning, which we did read about in reviews. As well as fresh fruit.

Superb location. Spacious room. Lots of restaurants, a 7-eleven, touristic sites nearby. Metro station in front of the hotel with direct connection to the airport.

In a really great location. Bed was comfortable and thankfully the air con was great. Staff were friendly and efficient. Bathroom and bedroom a decent size.

I had a room with an atrium view (which I knew) but the lighting was terrible. If you are going to put people in internal facing rooms you can’t have ridiculously poor lighting. I really wasn’t impressed. Other minor downside was that the shower took forever to heat up.

Absolutely brilliant location 5 minutes from the Aquarium, harbourfront cruises, markets, major sites and hundreds of restaurants. The Aquarium subway stop is outside the door. The hotel was easy to find, fabulous reception area with a bar, lounge area, on tap iced water and a computer center. Two elevators. Friendly staff. Our room was just gorgeous - like a NYC loft vibe. Loved it. Comfy bed, sitting area, as new bathroom. We chose not to have our room cleaned but it was certainly spotless at the start. Will definitely stay again.

It's a little on the expensive side but certainly couldn't fault anything.

I loved the location and the handiness of the cafe next door

I didn't like the atrium view. I didn't realise it would be of the inside of the hotel. It meant we had no natural light coming into our room.

We stayed on two occasions, one month apart, to break up our trip between Europe and California. First visit, staff was exceptional and everything else was fine, except I felt a little claustrophobic about the window opening onto a wall. I asked for an upgrade to a room with a view for our return visit, for an extra charge, but the "view" was of the atrium well. The blinds were bent in places as well. The front desk staffer the second time was impatient and curt. The bed was comfortable, the furnishings were appropriate, I would have preferred to have a bathtub. On the whole, the place was way too expensive for our "rest-stop" purposes, but the location was great and we were easily able to use the subway to get to and from the airport - only two stops away, so that saved us a Lyft/taxi ride. The attached restaurant was good, and there were many easy, walkable things to see during our short excursions.

I enjoyed the customer service. On the first night, our room wasn't ready, and we were put in an alternative room with no headache. After making it into our correct room. The space is really night. I love the art and aesthetic of the hotel. The shower was great, and it didn't feel like I was going to make a mess upon coming out. Lastly, the location was really good. We were near the heart of Boston with a walking distance from the trains and food places. The water in the lobby was amazing!!! Don't let the negative fools you. We enjoyed the hotel overall.

Although we were given an alternate room, it is concerning that our original room wasn't clean upon our arrival. We did not arrive at check-in. We arrived around 10 pm, so more than enough time to clean the room. For a side note, housekeeping is upon request and is not every day. I'm alright with the concept, but at what cost do we cut corners. While taking a shower in the first room, a screw came loose, opening the vent in the room. I almost had a heart attack when it happened suddenly. We told the front desk, but they didn't do anything until we left the room. At least I hope they did. I wasn't a big fan of the restaurant connected to the hotel. It was a bit pricey.
