Staff was wonderful as our family had been traveling for hours and they checked us in quickly and allowed us to check out a little late. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was more than continental which made everyone happy! I was surprised we sat in the adjacent sitting areas a few times as we rarely have done anywhere. Cleanliness everywhere was a 10!

We wish the water in the pool was warmer. It felt like a stagnant place but it could have been the day. We could've asked for assistance but it was fine.

Good sized room with kitchenette well stocked with everything you need. Fred ample parking The scrambled eggs were a saviour at breakfast otherwise there was little choice You could help yourself to coffee in the corridor

Would be great if it had some outside space to sit. The breakfast was a self service affair with muffins/ bagels to toast . The oatmeal looked inedible. All disposable plates/ cups: cutlery and you cleared the table yourself which was no big deal really

Despite the industrial looking location the hotel was beautifully appointed with a friendly, helpful staff and it was close to several good restaurants, Our room was spacious, the bathroom was huge ( a bonus for 3 people sharing it) and the beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed. The staff was very accommodating when we asked for more linens and pillows to make the sofa bed. The breakfast was full of nice options and well stocked. A great choice for our road trip!

Beautiful decor, was told all the rooms were recently renovated. The breakfasts are good with a nice dining area. The pool is great.

The refrigerator made an annoying clicking or dripping sound (room 133) & at night was maddening. I had ear plugs but my partner did not & was not happy. We were there 4 nights, on our last night loud booming music was heard from above us at 3:00 a.m.!!! Not the hotel’s fault but still…inconsiderate people can ruin it for others.

We never experienced the bar area. They were always closed when we returned. 9 pm is very early to close. The room doors slam loudly if you don’t catch them quickly. There’s nothing else(convenience stores,restaurants) close by that you could walk to.

Love the location near our family, and the hotel is clean and efficient.

The shampoo, etc. bottles in the shower were virtually empty, which was inconvenient. The bedding is comfortable, but the sheets don't stay tucked in.

The breakfast was satisfactory.

I would have liked to have been advised up front that our room would be cleaned every other day. I was displeased with being charged for wi-fi albeit only $4.95 on our last day there. It was my understanding that wi-fi was complimentary.

See comments about breakfast below. The rooms were very nice and spacious. Nice heat and cooling. Very clean and comfortable. Also availability of snacks was great. Very gracious and polite staff.

For the cost of accommodations, I think you could have done a lot better on the breakfast. The absence of breakfast meat was evident, and you could have done better with choice of eggs. Also, you should provide toast. Check out the buffet breakfast across Route 2 at Best Western. They have the right idea.

Great hotel. Staff really goes out of their way to make the stay terrific. Would definitely stay here again.

Not a hotel issue but who knew that most of the historic sites take the winter off and don't open until April 19!

EV charging station did not work, called the provider (loop) and they could not fix it, very disappointing and never happened with other stations (ChargePoint) to me.
