first of all the staff was really friendly and helped out where it was needed. My wall socket was defect, let them now in the morning and in the afternoon when I came back from work it was fixed. I left a gift for friend of mine AFTER my visit and she got a few days after. Great service. I had one day a paid breakfast, it was ok, not really special. I liked the shop with all the food stuff. Fitness was outstanding, 2 gyms with all the gear you need. The place is very nice located, quickly by car you can reach everything. Bed was comfy, shower neat and clean. If I have to go again to Boston I would choose again this hotel.

One night I woke up from a relationship fight next to my room and I could hear precisely what they where yelling... It was more funny then a problem. No other complaints!

Good commuter train connection to downtown Boston

They take 50 USD per day as safety/incidental charges at check in which is not mentioned in the terms and conditions. It gets repaid a few days after checkout. Room was a bit tattered and needed some repairs Generally not related to the hotel: the tip culture in the US is becoming ridiculous

it was very clean and beautiful. I loved that once we checked in we didn't have to leave the property we enjoyed dinner and drinks at your bar. and our bartender was Amazing. friendly and knowledgeable. she interacted wonderfully with everyone. and the pool/jacuzzi was very enjoyable.

the beds were incredibly hard. Sunday morning when we woke and went down to the restaurant we thought that it was a like a free continental breakfast, but when we sat down the waitress asked if we wanted coffee and when she brought our coffee, she also brought us a bill for $16 but didn’t ask if we were going to eat or not. The food was so so but for $16 we would’ve gone out for breakfast. We weren’t satisfied with the buffet.

The peace and quiet...and the overall milieu. The waitress was wonderful at breakfast.

I've been a guest on a few occasions and I would check in with the same clerk. She was not professional; had to call out to her from the lobby, because she was eating or on the phone...and she acted as if she was being interrupted. Also, after making my reservation via booking.com with a Cash app card, the same unprofessional clerk tells me that the Hilton doesn't accept Cash app...in front of two female employees who appeared to be cleaners who listened to the whole transaction. I've used the same card to pay for my reservations with the other surrounding hotels. And what happens if that's my only form of payment after booking? I understand American Express...but CASH APP!?

the bed was so comfortable. the good downstairs was great. I was there for a funeral so I was not in the greatest of spirits. given my circumstances, I had a “good” time.

the shower was stained (floor of the shower). there was hardly any room to keep shampoo/soap in the shower. this is a very minor complaint. the walls between the rooms were very thin, but thankfully I had quiet neighbors.

I liked the location.

The room I stayed in needed some cosmetic improvements. The dropped ceiling was not place properly it was out of place (big gap) and the closet door was broken. The pool was being repaired, but that wasn’t mentioned.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Staff on reception were fantastic, mentioned we were on honeymoon and we were given free prossecco which was very kind. Breakfast was great, so many choices and also a fresh waffle maker, something we never have in the UK!

Breakfast room was a little chaotic but still very nice breakfast, I figured they may have been short of staff that morning as the team were struggling to keep up despite working very hard. Also a shame the pool closed fairly early so we couldn't use it.

Location, clean and Quiet

The location was great and close to a lot of places. The pool and whirlpool were nice. The bed was a bit firm, but overall comfortable.

Had a bit of trouble getting into the room with the key card, like the lock was jammed, and the sofa bed mattress had a really large dip in it, making it uncomfortable.

We stayed in room on the 4th floor and it was very clean and had everything that we needed.The hotel is near the train station so it was easy to walk over to train for Boston. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Besides the train station, there’s really nothing else around the hotel to do so if you want to go somewhere, you’ll need to drive.
