The bed was very comfortable, the TV was great. There were adequate outlets. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the pool and hot tub. had to throw everything away after 1.5 days. The microwave burned a hole in my moist heat pack destroying it. The hot tub temperature was too hot....it wasn't functioning correctly. I reported it to the person on the front desk and he stated he would look into it. I was happy with his responsiveness to my concern.

When I booked on Booking.com it said I was getting a large King room and no sofa bed. I actually got a king room with a sofa bed, which made the room a bit cramped. The refrigerator and microwave were problematic. The "refrigerator" is more like a cooler and it doesn’t keep food cold. I had to throw everything away after 1.5 days. Not having a bar or restaurant and you are not able to walk to restaurants / bars from the hotel - it's not in the middle of Lenox.

Super Clean inside and out, friendly staff, perfect location, outdoor spots to relax are a bonus, great value for the cost!

Bed pillows were not supportive at all!

The hotel was clean, breakfast and food choices was perfect. Sitting area amazing, inside and outside. T try he staff all friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately there was a freak severe storm that passed through the area for only about a half hour. It left many downed trees and branches on the roads and caused a power outage on our strip of road and the Lenox Marriott lost power for about 5 hours in the evening. The staff was amazing, they supplied flashlights and lantern lighting throughout the hotel and stairs. Unfortunately we could not use the pool during that time. And we had refrigerated food that had to be thrown out for fear of spoilage. Besides that event it was a great stay.

The property was clean and front desk staff helpful and very accommodating. I would choose this property again when going to Tanglewood. Very convenient.

The friendly staff who turned on the fire pit outside, even though it was right after the rain. It was my friend's birthday. Made it more memorable for her.

I feel that the rate I was charged was excessive especially when a woman with no reservation walked in while I was checking in and was quoted a rate of $285 for the same night. I was charged $359 and with taxes that ballooned the cost to $401. That was disappointing as I have stayed at this hotel several times and always felt I got good value.

The bar so expensive they charged double the price what a rip off. They need to adjust that. I bartend and that’s outrageous fir 2 drinks it was 48.00
