It is situated close to Tanglewood and other attractions. The breakfast staff are friendly and helpful. The room has a refrigerator and microwave. Also they rooms have wall dispensers for shampoo,conditioner, and showere gel.

I would like to see a greater variety of low sugar breakfast foods. Maybe a whole grain breakfast cereal without added sugar and plain Greek yogurt. There is only one treadmill.

The price seemed expensive for a Hampton in on a weeknight. We were overcharged initially upon check in but the hotel corrected the issue a day later but the corrected price was still 10.00 more than what Booking.com quoted our total price to be.

Breakfast was fabulous, and room was even better! Paying the few extra bucks for the king suite with jacuzzi was the best decision I made! So relaxing after a long day out highly recommend! Bed was comfy as could be I even asked service, what bed they buy! Room was clean and smelled fresh and I liked that room service is upon request! Another great thing was the hotel is set back from the road and all of the major things (food, drink, shopping, downtown etc) is all within 5-12 minutes away it couldn’t be any better than that! Scenery is amazing as well.

Can’t complain about a single thing!

The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was satisfying with plenty of good options to choose from. We also enjoyed the large, tall table in the dining room area as a comfortable place to eat when you don’t want to go out to a restaurant or eat in the room. The real bonus was the complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby throughout the day with freshly baked cookies in the afternoon. That’s where the hotel went above and beyond – as these little touches make a big difference!

The room was clean and spacious. The location is perfect for traveling to different areas in Berkshires and for attending concerts and events at Tanglewood. The staff are very friendly and courteous.

The only downside is that the fitness center is small. They could use a second treadmill.

Fabulous breakfast. Very friendly morning staff. Free, easy access, parking. Quiet, clean, rooms. Centrally located between Tanglewood and Pittsfield. Final bill at checkout was available and accurate.

Rude desk clerk when we checked in, King size bed was much too soft, very difficult for sleeping. Room charge exceeded nearby competitive accommodations. Variety of restaurants in downtown Lenox and nearby Lee. Several upscale dining establishments in the area.

Clean, room large and staff was excellent.

Feel at price point of room better breakfast could be provided. There are much healthier yogurts that what was provided that are higher in protein and does not have modified food starch. Also I have not been served canned fruit since 1950’s!

We traveled with a pet, and we really loved that they gave us a bag with treats and toy for the dog. Also, there was a wonderful dog cushion in the room. Definitely worth paying the extra pet fee -- in most hotel you just pay the fee and get nothing.

The room were ok, but the furniture etc looked quite old and in bad shape.

Hampton Inn’s one size fits all properties doesn’t work when the majority of people using the common area/kitchen are families bc it’s a vacation destination. aesthetically attractive but not functional. there is one rectangular table w normal chairs. the rest are these round heavy marble tables w bench and low soft chairs. so kids trying to find a way to sit their bowls of cereal around a small table along w parents and grandparents food. so annoying. older people can’t get up easily from those chairs - it’s like what you’d have at a lounge only no bar avail and empty for the majority of the day. the other thing is the hours for breakfast. for families ending at 9 is absurd. start/end 1/2 hour later !

Off the main drag and therefore quiet. But felt I was on a hidden vacant lot, location was obscured.

Because it was a holiday weekend we could not just book one night. Because it was a holiday weekend the room prices were hiked.
