The breakfast was really complete and with great healthy options. I like the facilities and overall cleanliness of the place.

I'd like to see more options for vegans on the menu and maybe some options on the market - mostly for check-ins late in the evening.

Good size, the room was clean, quiet.

The toilet ran for several seconds every few minutes. We had to keep the door closed. The water temperature in the shower never got hot. The staff was off for Christmas and we were only there for two nights so we didn’t bother to tell anyone.

Nice facility. They have had some bad reviews, but we would stay there again.

Clean water glass in kitchen was not clean. Mouse trap behind table...............................not a good sign.

Breakfast was the best we have had at any hotel! Henry was very kind and helpful with our family!

mattress in pull out sofa was old and not comfortable/supportive. It needs a replacement.

I wasn't expecting there to be a kitchen and fridge so that was nice. If I had a longer stay that would've been super useful!

The set up of room was nice. Comfortable for 2 people to stay at. Able to cook in kitchen with suitable equipment ie forks spoons cooking utensils etc

June 2021: Have stayed here before; several times. Nice location. Quiet. Clean. Great kitchen set up and nice amount of space. Easy to walk dog around property and adjoining area. Safe. Wish there was staff at front desk at all times. Wish the continental breakfast was a bit better and that they would bring the buffet back.

I stayed here because this is a great location and allows dogs to stay. Fire pit / outdoor seating area. Smokers really like this!! Nice AM coffee and breakfast take away bags with lots of breakfast snacks. Love Residence Inn by Marriot in Norwood overall!

My 8 rating is based on the lack of staff and lapse in security. At times, there seemed like there were NO employees around. It's reassuring to have someone at the front desk ALL the time. For such a large hotel maybe there should be a security guard around the clock too! I know it's hard to find help during the pandemic. With all the "not responsible for belongings in cars" signs posted in parking lot- it makes it seem like this is a dangerous area. I guess it's good to be aware and nothing happened to me during my stay there. But, the back side door (near fire pit /outdoor seating area) was broken. Anyone could have entered. This should have been fixed asap!

The bedroom was very comfortable and clean..and the fact I had a kitchen.

When I walk In the room it smelled like the person before had a dog or something in there..it reek so bad I had to use Glade plug in to cover the smell..that was the only part about the get away....
