The courtyard was amazing!!! We had car trouble while in route to our concert and ended up stuck at the hotel beyond checkout time. Staff and management were over the top giving us extended check out and allowing us to stay in the lobby, courtyard, with full use of all amenities! They were all so kind, helpful, and supportive!! Highly recommended!!

The pool happened to be closed when we were available to use it, but they were reopening later in the day. We loved the weight room, and especially the courtyard with the lawn games!!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was nestled away-and you didn’t have to pay for parking! The rooms were exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay. I would 10000% come back!

I guess the only thing was that there wasn’t complimentary breakfast-but that’s just cause I love free breakfast.

The food was very good and the space was new and clean. We liked sitting in the back garden as well.

The breakfast buffet was way overpriced and the alternatives (order off the menu) costs about the same, so it just makes sense to get the buffet. I would lower the buffet price to $12.99 max, especially since comparable hotels include free breakfast in their rates. That seems like a better price point and would lead to a good experience for the customer.

The Bartender and morning hostess for breakfast were very welcoming unlike the front desk staff.

Front desk workers did not smile and did not make an effort to welcome us. There was no hot water coming from bathroom faucet. There were dogs on our floor. We were not given the option to be on a floor without animals.

Felt very comfortable. The staff in the bar / dining room area are very friendly and attentive. Mike the bartender in the bar area made us feel home.

Noise from upstairs room . You hear people walking on the upper floor. I'm feeling neutral about the front desk. The feeling I got was impersonal and cold.

First and foremost, all of the staff were super friendly and helpful. We were there for one night and Sherayna at front desk was exceptionally awesome. She knew my name when I returned to the lobby and was very upbeat and personable. Our room was clean and very well kept. The pool was super clean and nice and warm. The restaurant was great with a good kids menu. All around a great stay.

Exceptional facilities, very clean room, beds super comfy, wonderful breakfast, staff helpful and friendly. Overall one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The front lobby was decorated so beautifully and the outside was maintained top notch.

A hot tub would've given this a 10.

Staff were amazing and always willing to help. I got in at almost midnight and needed a travel adaptor. Immediately, the receptionist offered to help me order on door-dash! I did it myself but the offer was heartwarming. Also got help from staff navigating and looked forward to having breakfast everyday because of the warm welcome we received from the staff there. Simply the best!

This hotel is absolutely immaculately kept. The rooms are well designed, well appointed, and comfortable. Small details in the room were so appreciated.

Other than Trillium (a fabulous brewery) there aren’t many eating establishments. Parking is not abundant.

The lobby and breakfast area is nice. The front desk person welcomed me with a smile. I reserved the accessible room because I have some difficulty getting in and out of the shower and it was amazing. I've never seen so many safety bars in a hotel bathroom.

The shower dispenser didn't work, but I saw no point in complaining as everything else was fine.
