Breakfast was fine, mix of hot and cold foods and most days the hot food choices were slightly different. Quiet area and heaps of parking for our car. Easy to travel to different parts of Boston (pending the traffic). Check in staff very friendly. Room was very big, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils and cleaning equipment.

No water in hotel when we arrived but no fault of the hotel, by the time we went to dinner and turned it was fixed, it was a building wide issue. Found the water temp in shower late afternoon was not hot, only seemed to occur during certain times.

The room was very spacious and clean, same with the bathroom and the whole place smelled clean too. I like the layout of the room with the bed tucked in the corner for privacy. I liked the breakfast options that they provide everyday, very hearty enough to carry you past lunchtime. And the staff were all nice and polite.

The TV was on a chest drawer facing the kitchen wall, it can be move and thats what we did so we can watch from the bed. The upper kitchen cabinets were not installed properly the doors dont have space to open wide. The microwave is too big for its space you can’t open the door wide to put your food in. And they should check if there are missing cutleries, there was only 1 spoon in the drawer.

I liked the overall layout of the property. We were very close to the pool and it was very helpful as we travelled with our two teenage children. It was close to Boston and easy for us to get into the city. Breakfast was good, and kept us from having to purchase another meal.

The room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, and it looked like the cabinets in the kitchenette had some water damage due to water stains.

There's a nice hiking path in the bluehills near the hotel for those who like to go hiking. It's a quiet area, so it's peaceful, which makes it feel like you're one with nature.

The pool was supposed to be heated but wasn't it was freezing, and the whirlpool wasn't clean . Breakfast needs more options, especially for people who aren't pork eaters or vegetarians .

This is becoming our standard hotel when visiting boston (area), its far from the center of town, but for family visits the size of the room is so large that our whole (growing) family can have their own space with the separate bedroom and living room. Price in reasonable considering the size, and having a kitchen is very useful. Will definitely stay again. Generally easy location to access.

really nothing to improve upon, breakfast can always be better, but this is pretty nice. I'm used to european hotel breakfasts, so all US breakfasts fall short. Great hotel for family travel!

It was clean and the breakfast offered had many selections. The room was spacious and clean. The beds had 4 pillows each 😊

The cost per night and the i convince of timing. I paid for early check in and it was not ready so we waited an hour in the lobby. My step-daughter asked about it and yes it has been ready. He saw us the whole time and never called us over. That was sad but did not dampen our joy. Otherwise excellent. Recommend it highly.

We were only there for one night but it was GREAT- staff were courteous, helpful and pleasant. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was great, rooms clean and the location was perfect for our vacation needs.

The bathroom was handicap accessible which we didn’t need and so the shower water leaked out to the bathroom floor.

The Staff was kind, the room was well laid out for a family (especially the kitchenet) if you have a baby and need to heat up a bottle of milk in the middle of the night. and the facility was lovely, also the breakfast provided was a quick and easy way to feed the little ones.

I requested that the room have a tub before we finished checking in. The front desk assured that the room had a tub. When I went back to inform that the room did not and if we could change the room, they refused sighting management said they were full. this was difficult to believe because the parking lot was 2/3 empty. It didn't ruin our stay and your staff was courteous and fine, but it seemed like it could have been avoided at the outset and a simple request that could have been met easily.

everything including cleanliness and sanitation. The staff was friendly. I loved how they had laundromat on the second floor. They had coffee and hot water available 24/7.

There was not much variety to choose in breakfast. when we usually go to a hotel, we have waffles or pancakes, different kind of muffins. We don’t eat ham, and most of the time, they would include ham in eggs. so when we left the breakfast table, my kids were always done with eating only cereals or yogurt.

I loved how clean this property was and the layout of the room was amazing. The staff was so friendly and kind as well but again in times like this when everything is short staffed I was so impressed by how clean this hotel was and I would def stay there again.

I did not like the breakfast that was offered, wish there had been more variety. Also felt it was overpriced. I also hated the fact it took us 2.5 hours to get to Gillette Stadium for an event when the hotel isn’t that far away. Horrible traffic. Not the property’s fault but I wish I had known this before booking.
