Good reception, ease of check-in smaller hold fee for incidentals. We have been traveling for work since June 2022 we have learned to book in person or online stay for just one night. We experienced some disappointing scary stays! Now we do this do this now to check out the quality of the room, hotel location, and safety on property before a week commitment to stay. We pay and although we later are refunded, it ties up a lot of our money at times. Relatively recently re- done room with NO old moldy carpet and furnishings but instead new laminate flooring and furnishings that smelled fresh although, we booked a smoking room. Allergy suffers we have been suffering staying in other places after 1 night we breathed easier and felt better after sleeping in a healthier room. Must mention the awesome local store that has everything from flowers fresh local produce and on site fresh prepared food a few hundred feet walk away.

Air conditioner cycled off too often even off the auto cycle. Often the room was not at the set temp I selected on the unit. We like a cooler than usual room due in part to allergies and asthma worsened by the current heat wave and humidity. I checked out the setting and the system does not seem to be malfunctioning. It could be a simple thermostat sensor needing replacement or a green energy preset in a heat wave, rather than a bad unit.

Very nice hotel at a decent rate clean and comfortable staff very nice and helpful was able to take deposit for room in cash for me cuz I didn't my card and was using my son's to make reservation thought that was nice of the front desk employee to let me check in

Centrally located, quiet, rooms had bee. Upgraded recently and were clean looking, smelling and cleaning. Rooms.although quite compact andnm noise from other patrons was non-existent.

While traveling to this area for my work, this motel is my "go to" lodging spot! Conveniently located, friendly staff, clean accessible rooms, good parking, easy access to all amenities.

Front desk guy is very friendly and down to earth. Room is nice and quiet and convenient next to a convenient store.

The Shangri-la motel has been my "go to" for lodging since 2020 while traveling for work/business. They have underwent a complete renovation of the facility and it is GREAT! The rooms are so very much updated and with all new fixtures and furniture. A wonderful and affordable place to stay!

Small, quaint motel, with a nice staff. Everybody was friendly. Place was clean and quiet. Felt totally safe here too. Would absolutely stay here again.
