Super clean, modern, comfortable, and excellent staff (very friendly). Plus, the breakfast was definitely not just the standard boxes of cereal with milk and stale bagels. There were a bunch of cold and hot options.

My only suggestion would be that the evening snack shop offer some basic beers and/or wine. There is literally nowhere any where near the hotel to go for or get an evening adult beverage unless you want to pick something up at a nearby gas station.

The staff was amazing in every way! Mike greeted us and was incredibly polite and informative. The general manager Josh went above and beyond to accommodate our family and was so kind and friendly. This was the best hotel experience we have ever had! We will absolutely be returning and telling our friends and family about our stay!

We liked absolutely everything about this hotel ! The booking process was streamlined and accurate, the staff we encountered were friendly yet professional, the facilities were new and clean, the breakfast was complete and delicious and the location couldn't have been better ! Will definitely choose this hotel again !

I like the fact that all my stay i felt comfortable with anything I did. They had an answer for all my questions and how they took care of me and my family. Great job. The breakfast was amazing, had a veriaty so that I had something to choose from.wpuld definitely come back. Great for kids,I would recommend d going a little out of ur way to stay here.

The coffee cups where kind of hot to the hand so maybe a cover for it. And the key card sometimes didn't work so had to go to the front desk for another one. It. Old be a pain if in a hurry.

Asked to have the room cleaned each of the lights that we stayed, didn’t happen to the bathroom is too small for two people to get ready. Only one sink.

We booked a day before we arrived at a cost of over $200; when we checked our phone after we arrived in Cedar Springs, the total charge would shave $107. Whqt q ripoff!!

This is a newer hotel (about three years old) and it is lovely! We especially liked the wonderful sheets and towels! The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great!

It was a very nice I think almost new facility every thing was clean and wonderful we got there late they had fresh coffee the staff was really nice even at checkout time. I highly recommend this place .

As with any Holiday Inn, not the cheapest.
