Super clean, modern, comfortable, and excellent staff (very friendly). Plus, the breakfast was definitely not just the standard boxes of cereal with milk and stale bagels. There were a bunch of cold and hot options.

My only suggestion would be that the evening snack shop offer some basic beers and/or wine. There is literally nowhere any where near the hotel to go for or get an evening adult beverage unless you want to pick something up at a nearby gas station.

The staff was amazing in every way! Mike greeted us and was incredibly polite and informative. The general manager Josh went above and beyond to accommodate our family and was so kind and friendly. This was the best hotel experience we have ever had! We will absolutely be returning and telling our friends and family about our stay!

I like the fact that all my stay i felt comfortable with anything I did. They had an answer for all my questions and how they took care of me and my family. Great job. The breakfast was amazing, had a veriaty so that I had something to choose from.wpuld definitely come back. Great for kids,I would recommend d going a little out of ur way to stay here.

The coffee cups where kind of hot to the hand so maybe a cover for it. And the key card sometimes didn't work so had to go to the front desk for another one. It. Old be a pain if in a hurry.

We liked absolutely everything about this hotel ! The booking process was streamlined and accurate, the staff we encountered were friendly yet professional, the facilities were new and clean, the breakfast was complete and delicious and the location couldn't have been better ! Will definitely choose this hotel again !

Asked to have the room cleaned each of the lights that we stayed, didn’t happen to the bathroom is too small for two people to get ready. Only one sink.

it’s alway very clean (except there was linens and this out in the hallway this time. the breakfast is always very good!! hot and delicious with many options

I didn't know if I received a military or senior discount on the room. Maybe you don't offer them. I didn't know, buut I could have used a discount for a 5 night stay.

We booked a day before we arrived at a cost of over $200; when we checked our phone after we arrived in Cedar Springs, the total charge would shave $107. Whqt q ripoff!!

Loved the location in a nice small town away from the hustle & bustle but not too far to go into GR if I wanted too. Downtown Cedar was clean, nice, had a variety of not too busy restaurant selections. Exceptional fitness room & pool! Comfy and clean rooms! I loved the shampoo & conditioner on the wall and the ledge for my foot in the shower!! Made me feel that the hotel was mindful of womans needs.

That the bigbee coffee line across the street qaa always so long but the hotel did have regular coffee downstairs available throughout the day. Very nice.

It was a very nice I think almost new facility every thing was clean and wonderful we got there late they had fresh coffee the staff was really nice even at checkout time. I highly recommend this place .
