Our whole experience at the hotel was wonderful. We stayed because it offered a pool and hot tub. Our family used them a few times every day that we stayed. The breakfast was excellent and we used the common area of the hotel a few times during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. My grandson left his stuffed animal in the room at check out. The front desk called right away when housekeeping found it. Luckily we hadn't left town and we went back to pick it up. We will be returning to this hotel next time we are in town. I highly recommend this hotel, it exceeded all our expectations.

The breakfast was exceptional! Great options, make your own fresh, hot pancakes (the kids will have fun cooking their own. Safe to do). Many great selections. 24/7 coffee in the dining area and a Keurig in your room. Great staff, pool, hot tub, very clean and great staff focused on your happiness and comfort while you visit. Very helpful and accommodating. Very clean, comfortable, and safe. GM Collin was very attentive to all visitors and treated staff and visitors with great respect and care.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Everything was great. This was our best hotel experience ever.

Everything. Entire property was very clean, rooms were large with huge vaulted ceiling, the bed was soooo comfortable, and had a great breakfast. The staff was so friendly and great help, they seemed to really take pride in what they were doing. I truly can’t say anything bad about this hotel other than I wish it had been in a location we were actually vacationing in, not just passing through for 1 night haha.

The location of this hotel to what we were in town for, great location for us. We've been here a couple of times and never had a complaint. I will say, though I didn't request it, I wound up in a handicapped room and I thought the shower was a bit small.

The lack of parenting by other adults. Had kids running up and down the 3rd floor hallway at 11 o'clock at night.

We stayed in the king suite, the bathroom was huge and the room was pretty roomy. Couch that turns into a bed. The beds & pillows were very comfortable and it was very clean! Anything I needed they were there to help. Pool & hot tub was great as well!

I didn’t not like anything, our stay was great but a nice bonus would be to put more towels in the room. There was only 2 when we had 2 adults and 2 children. & have body wash in the shower.

Everything was awesome from the establishment, the rooms, and the staff. We only stayed one night so we didn't use any amenities but what we saw looked great.

The only thing I didn't like was that they say they have gluten free waffles but no gluten free waffle iron. Cooking gluten free waffles on a waffle iron that is used for all the waffles does not work. There should be a waffle iron exclusively for the gluten free waffles.

We drove for hours through the first snow storm of the season -- the roads were treacherous and we were eager to get off the road. Luckily, we ended up here! The room was so clean and comffortable, we look forward to staying here again. The staff was very welcoming and helpful the next morning when we realized our car brakes had frozen and we needed to wait to get a tow. A wonderful place to stay.

It couldn't have been better.

The hotel is good, I recommend it, it was clean, quiet, but we didn't like that when we arrived we were tired of checking in, they told us that there were no free rooms, although we had booked and an hour later we wrote that we would be there, but fortunately they found us and settled us in.

Very nice hotel. The lobby area is so bright & welcoming and the rooms were very nice. Every staff person that we encountered was so friendly. The breakfast selection was above average. We definitely will be staying at this hotel/location again.

I can't think of a thing that we found lacking with the hotel. The driveway into the hotel is slightly confusing but that is not the fault of the hotel, just a result of it's location. We had to drive through a couple parking lots to get there.

The hotel was in a great location. Close to highway, great amount of parking. Super clean inside. Rooms were a great size and very clean. Walls werent thin like in some places where you can hear everything, we enjoyed the quiet and privacy. Breakfast was a plus. Lots of options, very clean, organized and fresh.

Beds were kinda hard but not too uncomfortable where I felt it the next morning. Water pressure was iffy but could've just been a bad time to shower. Wasn't extremely happy with the price for a night but seemed to be an issue everywhere, must be peak season.
