I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness and the statements made by Baymont online meaning there was a continental breakfast online the only issue I had was I was understanding of $54 charge not $75 so my brother ended up paying for my entirety of my stay so I'm not searching if he booked under a different account and I wonder why I won't be able to get any points for this however the staff was excellent I didn't have to request anything because everything was up to par I'm very thankful for my stay I look forward to staying there as soon as possible again I am in the middle of looking for moving back to Holland so it was a gracious place for me to stay and I'm very thankful I will be back hopefully June 1st and I will definitely be staying at Baymont if not maybe even this weekend again thank you I want to address the names of the people that I met that I thought were exceptional Sam at the front desk and Meghna we're very kind and gracious I promise you I have been all over the United States San Francisco Carmel California Chicago Illinois Austin Texas you name it I'm an athlete sexy to many hotels for races and this is one of my favorite places not because it had a hot tub or swimming pool but because of the etiquette and the authenticity of your staff even the housekeepers were amazing I'm so impressed I can't wait to see you all again thank you so much

Location The view is not a big deal but I would have chosen to be on the third floor as a single woman if I had the option

Wonderful staff. Bobby from the lobby who’s not Bobby and it’s even not the lobby- the man on the desk has a great humor. I can recommend this hotel highly. The rooms are very spacious. Fridge, microwave and coffeemaker in the room. The location is perfect. A number of grocery stores are very close. Didn’t try the breakfast but the coffee is great! We would come back!

There was a wide variety of choices for breakfast; The eggs and sausages were hot and moist even though I ate towards the end of the breakfast time frame. I requested a disability room and was pleased with the closeness to the desk, and the safety features in the bathroom. I stayed overnight on Christmas Eve; the location was perfect, and the accommodation met my needs for an overnight stay.

The afternoon desk clerk completed his duties when checking me in, but there was no smile or greeting. The night clerk was friendly, informative, and smiled. I felt welcomed during my interaction with her.

Was close to activities we did during our stay. breakfast was okay

booked 2 rooms, arrived at 5:30 pm well beyond stated check in time. only 1 room was ready at 5:30 . was told second room would be about an hour later. We showed up about 2 hrs later and second room still not available. It took about another 15 minutes before other room was available. The night cashier apologized but said she did not have any authority to make considerations or room upgrade etc. The day manager said he would check into but did not state what if any credit or adjustment would be.

The gentleman who greeted us when we arrived late was pleasant and helpful. The facilities were clean, breakfast was basic but good, beds were comfortable. Everything met our expectations for the price that we paid

The front desk staff was not helpful in navigating the city, he admitted that he has not been there long and was not aware of events in the downtown area.

Overall it was very nice and clean. Easy check in and check out. People are very nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable. The shower was very nice for my father he could just walk in a sit on the chair for a shower. Nice handicap room.

Too close to the street and thin walls, you could hear kids running back and forth in the room above.

Location, love the jacuzzi suite, this is our second time staying at this property and we have been very satisfied both times! Breakfast was very nice also!

Great accomodation. We did a road trip in Michigan and this was one of the best property. Nice room with facilities and really great breakfast included (waffles, eggs) Nice base for visit to Holland or passing through on a road trip. Checking in and out was easy. Would certainly stay here again.

There are only 4 tables in breakfast area although there is a lot of space (maybe still Covid-related). We ended up eating at the grass outside, which was fun in the summer, but maybe not so great in other seasons.

The breakfast was good. The dining area was kept clean.

I was not pleased that I was charged a $100.00 deposit upon arrival😕 In all the travel and many stays at numerous hotels I have never been charged a deposit. My credit card was originally given to hold my room and then asked for again for the deposit. This is really unacceptable. I won’t stay again if I find I must do this. Still waiting for my $100. to show credited back to me.

Nice hotel, very clean and nice staff. Close to everything and very good breakfast options.

Only thing I can complain about is the people in other rooms were very noisy really early in the morning. Doors were constantly being slammed and a guy had the hotel cart for luggage in the hallway and kept hitting the walls and the doors but this was in no way the hotels fault
