I did not eat the breakfast provided. I can't eat anything with dairy or eggs in it. I brought my own organic foods. The coffee was adequate. Coffee in the room was *meh* but in the dining area it was good. The bed was very comfy and the ambient room temp was perfect. Shower was nice with great water pressure. The fridge and microwave were a bonus, as was the iron & ironing board provided.

We were disappointed by the pool. We were looking forward to a nice relaxing float in the pool, but it was FREEZING! Staff informed us that the pool is not heated at all. :( The room we were in also had constant sounds of water running thru pipes in the wall from the room upstairs flushing the toilet. We had to move to the other bed nearer the window to not be kept awake all night. But the next night I think the upstairs room was vacant.

The breakfast was more than I expected. It was delicious. The location was perfect,It was close to home and I went with my four year old grandson. Tobi.He loved the elevator,walking down the halls and down the stairs .Tobi also called the front desk and spoke with the young lady on duty she took the time to make him feel special.Lets not forget the pool.We would definitely stay again. It was a good experience.

in the suite the couch was old and uncomfortable. HERE's the killer. they debited 6 different deductions from our bank account totaling 250.00! the room had already been paid for 3 weeks in advance, so there was no reason whatsoever to mess with my bank account. still working on it to get it ironed out. communication between the manager and then my bank have been time consuming and frustrating!

The location of where your at puts you within a 30 min drive to anywhere we were interested in going.

The price for three nights for what it was is a bit steep but everything there was kept very clean and quiet.

I liked the quiet atmosphere. Even though my room was next to the elevator, it was not disturbing to my sleep. The people in the halls were quiet. I felt safe inside the facilities as well as in the parking lot.

Easy to find. Clean and fresh. Nice employees. Dog friendly.

Strange billing to CC. First there were 2 separate charges and one total of those 2. It’s been 4 days, and there are still duplicate charges pending. Hope they never actually get charged.

In town for a family event. Pleasantly surprised the breakfast was more than pastries and coffee. Nice staff. Had everything we needed. Only stayed 1 night.

What was not to like? Great staff, great room. The hot breakfast saved me a lot of money.

The only bad thing I can think of is that the place seemed to be hangout for people not staying there

Great staff and breakfast was amazing and free! We did however have a dirty room. There were toys from a baby girl doll that were left behind and that told us that the room wasn’t cared for enough to be cleaned thoroughly.

Clean rooms better

We always enjoy our stay at Quality Inn & Suites. Your Niles Michigan hotel has become our hotel when we travel to visit family throughout the year. We have already been twice since memorial weekend.
