The 2nd shift desk attendant was outstanding. My niece had vomited on her blanket and it needed to be washed and dried before bed time. The dryer was broken and she offered to dry the blanket in the industrial dryer behind the desk. My niece couldn't sleep without the blanket and I was very grateful to her....L

The elevator was broken on Sunday night and my sister and I had to walk up to the 2nd floor. I asked the weekend desk attendant if the elevator was going to be repaired before Monday morning since we would be checking out and we had many pieces of luggage and that we would need assistance. L

nice variety of food at the breakfast bar. Good location. Close to downtown and the beach Loved the pool and spa. The pool was nice and warm!!

When entering our room, I checked out the bathroom and there was toothpaste on the sink. We did not like the tourist tax they added to the end of our bill, besides the state tax!!! Are you kidding me? It should have been enough, just our staying there

All of the staff I encountered were helpful (probably four folks). In particular, an evening manager (Andrea, I think) provided me a different and better room after the first one's bed wasn't turnover over. Nice move. The rest were attentive and friendly as well.

Not a fan of the parking lot being off to the side rather than surrounding the hotel. There were a few spaces flanking the hotel, but only for specific types of rewards members.

Front Desk Staff was helpful and informed me that booking.com rate was a scam and I would have to pay 119.00 for their cheapest room. I went a couple of blocks away and got a nicer room for $59 plus tax

When I initially went to the room - it was occupied and dirty towels and clothes were in plain view in the lighted unoccupied restroom. I could see the bed had covers pulled back and was afraid to enter should someone be under those covers. Front desk stated that it was "cleaned" and "empty" on the computer screen. Then she stated that the card that booking.com used did not go through. I showed her where I had a receipt "paid" and she stated that booking.com had scammed me taking my money and not paying for the room. I left and got a room elsewhere for less than half of what they were going to charge me.

The location was excellent, only a 5 mins drive from Main Street in South Haven. The woman on reception when we arrived was extremely helpful and friendly, esp as we had laundry to do. Our girls loved the indoor pool and breakfast the next day was a cheap and cheerful way to save money and start our day. Shermans across the road was excellent for ice cream.

The staff was very friendly. The location was great. The breakfast was good (except the eggs were rubbery) but there is a Wendy's next door and a Culver's.

The mattresses weren't super comfortable and we had to turn the air down to 63 to keep it cool in our room.

My family and I had a lovely time staying at thr Hampton Inn. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. We got extra towels when we needed it. They increased the hot tub tenp when we asked. The breakfast was good and very clean. We loved the coffee too.

Everything went well the people working there really helpful

Like big bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash but body wash needed to be filled. Swimming pool area was nice but hot was really grit and dirty looking water. I think it needs some work. Gauge was not working well either.

The breakfast had a great variety of different eggs everyday some days were scrambled eggs and egg sandwich. We enjoyed the sausage and bacon options. The waffles with sprinkles and chocolate chips was a great touch.

They did not have our reservation when we got there. They canceled it and then charged us again. I am not paying this twice.
