Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Nearby many fun landmarks to visit. Staff helped me in my having to leave early and refunding my money. Thank you.

Had to finally get a stranger to come in and turn down the air. It was on 60⁰ and too high up to reach to change it. I'd asked the desk to send someone to help but they never came Also, key to door only worked once, then maintenance had to be called to replace the door mechanism battery and got new keys. Outside parking is a dry dusty mess due to all the construction . Tub and shower didn't work at all.

We were very pleased with our stay. The breakfast was awesome,grandkids enjoyed it very much. They are waffle fans.They are remodeling, so it was a little noisy sometimes times but that's totally unacceptable. Very nice pool and hot tub. Would most definitely go back... Staff was very nice. All the people we met were very nice.

The hot tub needs work. Parking lot needs tar.

The woman at the front desk was amazing! So personable,informative and friendly.She lent my Mom a cane as my Mom was experiencing severe pain and mobility issues.The guy that ran the breakfast area was always replenishing and cleaning and was so nice.

The hotel is getting a little run down and we were a little sad their hot tub was out of service.

Breakfast was fine, nothing special, but I liked it. This hotel is close to the Miller Hill Mall, but far from Lakewalk or Downtown, so it depends what you're looking for. Duluth is not that big, though, and you can get anywhere shortly - there's also a bus stop very nearby (and a Subway!!) I want to thank the crew there, they were very friendly, and they are doing their best! Special thanks to Kelly from the front desk, she was very kind and helpful!!!

Convenience to restaurants and very polite and helpful staff. Made you feel right at home. Definitely will use econo lodge again. Thanks to Ben and Lindsey and to the night gal. (Sorry can't remember her name).

Just clean the window sills a little better, otherwise everything was awesome.

Everything went well. front desk staff were friendly, helpful and very courteous. Breakfast had a great variety to choose from. Rooms were clean and comfy, No complaints what so ever. will stay again.

The driveway into the Econo lodge could have been in better shape and marked, but no issues getting there.

It was extremely comfortable and very convenient I enjoyed everything about the experience

Ran out of toilet paper. they were a hair short-staffed but that's kind of normal at check-in we had to wait so they could clean our room but it was only a half an hour so not a big deal. They need to pave their road or fix the holes.

We were very comfortable and close to where we needed to be.

Breakfast could've been a little better, bread cabinet not stocked well. Juice glasses stuck together made it hard for kids too pull apart. Waffle maker not working right.

The room was a good size, I slept well. There was a choice of restaurants within a few hundred yards away. The staff was friendly and the place was clean.

The room stated it was non-smoking, but I could tell the bathroom has been smoked in the past. Faint smoke smell. Stayed here 4 years ago and the parking lot was in rough shape then, it has large holes in the parking lot and you have to drive very carefully. They only had a basic breakfast, nothing hot.

The staff was very friendly and they worked hard to accommodate my husband's disability. They were really nice on every shift.

We had asked for a handicap room when we made our reservation. It wasn't available for the first night so we had to adjust. The staff got us into a handicap room for the second night. It worked out.
