Reservation, check in, room, breakfast all were very fine.

The window screen rattled all night long. It was very windy and the screen was loose. We attempted to place paper in the space to stop the noise, all to no avail. Someone before us had made a hole in the screen, but that had nothing to do with the noise. The hotel was not at all busy that night and due to the blocked window view, I think that another room would have been more to the customer's liking.

It was perfectly adequate. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Location was easy to get to, convenient, safe. Limited breakfast, but decent. We didn't use all the amenities, but the pool and exercise room looked nice. I would stay again.

No elevator (2 floors, but difficult with lots of luggage). They have a conference room they call a party room. I asked to take a phone call in there for 20 min, but they said it's only a rentable space. The bathroom fans need to be updated or they need a building wide dehumidifier; mildew on the bathroom ceiling and humid room after showers.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Noise was minimal. Breakfast was decent, with a lot of variety. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

The bathroom was a little small. The carpet was kind of dirty. - could tell quickly on white socks. The hot tub/pool area was chemically strong, burning our eyes.

I am so very grateful to Booking.com and Days Inn Duluth mn. I had car trouble in Sault Ste Marie,ON, I was to drive to Duluth on may 26th, well I didn't get my car back until 5pm on the 26th. So tge understood and did not charge me for the room. So very grateful, I drove 10 1/2 hours on the 27th just to get back home in canada

I love the location in the hills looking down on the town and that beautiful bridge. I drove around a little to see some beautiful sites, it was gorgeous. The Inn was located close to all the eateries and right next to all the shopping malls that was great. I really enjoyed my rest and relaxing.

The only thing I didn't like was the pool wasn't heated. I really wanted to swim more but changed my mind know that I had to go into that very ice cold water and I didn't want to caught a cold. What a pity!

We booked the two room suite for privacy, but the doors were clear glass. We books suites at most hotels and they either have solid wood doors or privacy glass. The lack of privacy was my only bit if dissatisfaction. Otherwise, loved our stay!

Clean, quiet, across the street from the mall. Breakfast was hit and good selection of food. Toast, bagels, muffins, snacks, hot coffee more fruit needed. But very good overall and excellent gym

Room nice, breakfast good, service good, friendly staff, pool nice. Close to many stores and restaurants. Room was quiet.

The hallway outside our room was narrow. Especially when staff started the morning cleanup. But they had no other place to put the carts. Prices were a little on high side, and would stay more days if more reasonably priced.

Room was very pleasant and the bed was comfortable. Check in/check out was super quick and the staff was friendly. Also a great location right across from the Miller Hill Mall. I would stay here again in the future.

Shower was a little confusing how to turn the water off. Toilet had a very weak flush.
