The breakfast was great. It had both hot and cold food. The location is right across from the Miller Hill Mall. There are many restaurants close by plus a Target, Walmart and Kohl’s within a mile. The staff was very accommodating. I needed extra towels and they got them right away. Check-in and check-out are online so it took no time at the hotel.

Three of us stayed in the suite. There were only 3 towels and my daughter used two; one for her body and one for her hair. I asked for more and received them but with two queen beds, I would think you would have 4 towels.

Really enjoyed The BIG bathroom, An really happy to be able to sit down while showering Due to some Medical issues !! An The 6am Continental Breakfast was AMAZING !

Mind THIS IS NO FAULT OF THE HOTEL OR THE STAFF, But Didn't really Appreciate The RUDE sideways comments Some of The ( Hockey ) Parents & Kids Were making When I was walking in & out of Checking in & when My Boyfriend ( mind you just got done with work up on a roof all day ) Walked threw There comments as well . An We couldn't get the water to Completely Stop Dripping in our Bathroom sink ( I believe someone STRIPPED the Handle at some point )

Breakfast at the hotel saves a lot of time and gets you onto your tasks quickly without having to go to a restaurant. I'm usually not a big breakfast person, but the breakfast exceeded my expectations. I was expecting boiled eggs and a packet of instant oatmeal. They had more then enough - scrambled eggs, sausages, biscuits/gravy, juice, cereal/milk, pancakes, ...... and more. If you are in a real hurry you can just grab and apple and/or a yogurt. Wonderful way to start the morning someone cooking for you!!

Tried to add the room safe to the bill, but it was removed.

Felt like we were in our own home. And so many pillows❤️ Bathroom had 4 outlets. Pool was heated. Super nice staff. But for the price, it's a great place for people on a budget but not cheap feeling. AND the mall with the Barnes and noble right across the highway❤️AND tiled by the door for dogs to come AND you're on a hill so you can feel separate to the business below.

The door card locks on outside doors and pool. They didn't always work. Had to be let in at the pool. Beds were harder then preferred. Shower could use a bit stronger water flow.

The breakfast was delicious and the pool facilities were outstanding. Room was large, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, they even brought up a pack n play as we had our daughter with us. Over all a great experience and I will be returning in the future.

Unfortunately, there is no elevator and no mainfloor rooms available, but we were given a room very close to the stairway that helped significantly.

8:00 pm cookies, coffee, and milk served . Room fit our needs. King and 2 queens. King in separate room. Had a list of recommended places to eat. Breakfast was good. Beds comfortable.

When I called about a bag left behind with sweatshirt and maple syrup from Grand Maria’s, phone calls were not friendly and they told me not turned in.😰 My sister-in-law is positive it was there. .??

This is a really good hotel. Great location, great breakfast, great staff, nice pool & hot tub, fairly clean, and beds are average for comfort. It was very high priced, though :(

The price. I admit that I booked rather close to our stay and the Duluth area is always very busy... but I felt very taken advantage of paying over $400 for a room that shouldn't cost more the $200.

Great location, super friendly staff. The rooms were very clean . The staff was helpful, always willing to answer questions and quickly resolve issues.

The breakfast was good and plenty of it. The variety was good too but i wished it was a little less like "convenience" food and a little more homemade "like". Perhaps a waffle maker for making your own fresh waffles. Lol. That's just me though.

Reservation, check in, room, breakfast all were very fine.

The window screen rattled all night long. It was very windy and the screen was loose. We attempted to place paper in the space to stop the noise, all to no avail. Someone before us had made a hole in the screen, but that had nothing to do with the noise. The hotel was not at all busy that night and due to the blocked window view, I think that another room would have been more to the customer's liking.

It was perfectly adequate. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Location was easy to get to, convenient, safe. Limited breakfast, but decent. We didn't use all the amenities, but the pool and exercise room looked nice. I would stay again.

No elevator (2 floors, but difficult with lots of luggage). They have a conference room they call a party room. I asked to take a phone call in there for 20 min, but they said it's only a rentable space. The bathroom fans need to be updated or they need a building wide dehumidifier; mildew on the bathroom ceiling and humid room after showers.
