The breakfast was very good and enjoyable. The offerings were varied, easy to prepare, and cooked foods were hot and tasty,

No WIfi ! In this day, I have everywhere I have stayed had Wifi, The front desk young lady and the Manager tried to put the app and Wifi on my phone. They had just gone to Wifi with a password which was your last name and room number. He finally got it and told me they were informed that it quit working for some other customers. I made it as far as my room and had no Wifi. I tried several times and nothing. I was very unhappy. I have stayed at this hotel before and it was a stay very pleasant stay and was the main reason I stayed again. Hope you get the Wifi working.

The staff took good care of us checking in, and the room was nice. We were able to park just outside one of the hall end doors, so we had easy access to the vehicle. The breakfast vas nicely stocked. We loved the oatmeal bar with the add-ins, the add-ins for the waffles were cool too. The omelet was the only thing that was disappointing in taste. Everything else was delicious.

Upon checkin the computer system was logged out and it took more than 15 minutes just to get them going. So check in too a long time. But there were hot baked cookies and water offered to us which helped to pass the time.

The breakfasts were very good. We enjoyed the selections. The lady cook was attentive and kept everything well stocked. The room was clean. I enjoyed the pool.

The sign said the room was to be cleaned every other day. Our room was missed. We had to ask to have it cleaned and for additional towels. There are minor details that need attention. The clocks in the gym and pool areas did not work. The last step of the ladder in the pool needs to be tightened.

Great breakfast, comfy beds, indoor pool supplied with towels and cheerful and helpful staff. Very short drive to Overland Park which is full of fun family activities like a children's farmstead, prairie fire museum, and BRKTHROUGH.

After breakfast, creamer options were removed from the coffee area in the lobby. The pool was a little chilly even though "heated". Priced a bit higher than expected but we booked with very short notice due to other arrangements not working out.

The lady at the desk, Kim, was very friendly and helpful. We were told we didn't have have a reservation even though we had a confirmation and they were sold out. She told us she would take care of it. She asked the cleaning staff about the smell of a room that previously had dogs staying in it and he told her it did have a smell. So she had him finish making up a room. It was a double queen instead of the king we reserved. Breakfast was good, many choices to pick from.

We didn't understand why we were told we didn't have a reservation and why they were sold out, but yet we had a choice of 2 rooms. The beds were really hard, not very comfortable.

Cleanliness and location

Lack of staff for breakfast on busy mornings, there was no food waffle mix milk of juice because the one staff in the kitchen could not keep up. My other complaint was our room wasn’t cleaned while staying 2 nights (I wasn’t aware we wouldn’t have our trash taken out or fresh towels).

Loved the bathroom/shower. Loved the friendly staff. Loved the cleanliness. The pillows were very comfy. The complimentary hygiene products were top notch and Loved the complimentary ear buds provided in the workout room and the free continental breakfast was way better than expected! Randy (the kitchen Mgr?) was very friendly and treated everyone like family or lifelong friends!

Hmmmm.... I can't really think of anything that I disliked during my visit other than the fact that there wasn't really much to choose from (as far as drinks) in the Suite Shop

I loved that I could bring my 2 large dogs. This hotel didn't discriminate on size or breed and that was amazing since my 2 girls have pitbull in them. Other guests were quiet and respectful with their dogs too. It was a really nice stay at a hotel for once.

Breakfast. Need to have healthier options and vegan/vegetarian options. There was fruit but a lot of it was over-ripe. I don't eat meat and watch my carbs so it really limited what I could eat. Also there needs to be a better selection of coffee creamers at the coffee bar.

It was nice and clean and comfy

An alarm went off out of no where and we still don't know why. The front desk staff had a strong accent so I didnt really understand what he said that problem was but we were assured it was fine.

The room was excellent. Very clean, quiet, and a nice getaway spot. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The beds were soft with great support. I slept like a baby!! Great spot to stay for the value!

The staff were lack luster in attitude when I arrived, but very polite no one was rude to me. Just not perky, which is understandable as I don't know all the details of their days. The gentleman that was there when I checked out early in the morning was very nice!
