It is a hidden gem, the staff actually takes the time to care about whatever you are saying and help you figure out the town. Ice cream social i thought was corny at first, I was wrong. It is a piece of Americana that we have lost somewhere, it was wholesome.

I was very impressed with our double queen suite. It was very spacious. We had a corner room and it was perfect, we even watched the fireworks from our room. The staff was very friendly.

The carpets and showers were a little dated and the shower head was about a head shorter than i was and it m only 5’8”, but good water pressure. The mattress and pillows were a little uncomfortable (maybe just needs replaced). But all in all, i would definitely stay there again and would definitely stay in the suite again. Very spacious, had a kitchen table that seated 4 very spacious living room with nice comfortable furniture and a fireplace along with a cute kitchenette and cabinets.

This hotel is very well-priced and centrally located for a nice Branson trip. All attractions we attended were within a ten-minute drive (Silver Dollar City, Sight and Sound Theater, etc.). The breakfast was hot and delicious (biscuits and gravy, sausage, potatoes/hash browns, eggs, bagels, muffins, toast, cereal, waffles, yogurt, etc.). They have one of those Folgers brand coffee machines that dispenses delicious coffee. It's not the cheapest place to stay in Branson, but you'll definitely get your money's worth. We stayed in a "family suite" that was actually two adjoining rooms. It was immensely helpful to have a bathroom for us and the kids. And, of course, this being Branson, Missouri, the staff was impossibly polite and helpful.

The only gripe I could come up with would be that the gravy in the morning was probably out of a packet and the eggs were powdered. This was balanced out by the wonderful coffee. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Beds were just right for my husband and I. David, the desk attendant was super nice and helpful. He was the only one working and had a long line of customers and the phone kept ringing. He handled it very well.

It’s a bit out of the way but that was ok. We was on the 3rd floor and could hear people walking down the hallway. It did wake us. The iron in the room left white streaks on my navy colored dress. Luckily I had back up clothing.

I liked the jacuzzi in our room. They got us checked in early when I requested it! A girl came into work that day, specifically to get our room ready! The king size bed was awesome and comfortable! The breakfast was decent and the breakfast room was beautiful! We met some cool people out in the smoking section!

I expected the place to be a little more upscale but it's nice. Our radio didn't work. When I went down to try getting a new one (we like to listen to it while sleeping), the lady told me to wait until shift change and they can find one for me. Since it was 10pm, I was ready for bed! I didn't like that the pool was in a room outside, so it was really hot! I didn't swim! Coffee in the room sucks, of course! They do offer Folgers with breakfast but not until 6:30

The whole hotel was great. We enjoyed the pool and game room both nights. We ate breakfast the first morning we were there and it was alright. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they had the ice cream social our first night, which the kids loved. Overall it was great. Our neighbors upstairs must have had kids because we could hear them running back and forth all night which was the only downfall of the hotel room. The room was decent sized for my wife and I and our two boys. Great experience and loved how they played old Christian hyms in the background the whole weekend. We will definitely be coming back and staying wt Branson Towers again!

When you are on the second floor you can hear your neighbors walking around on the 3rd floor. Not sure how you could fix that? More insulation or padding under upper floor carpets?

The location was awesome for us and everything we wanted to do. The only time I drove over 15 minutes to get anywhere was the last day we stayed and had already checked out. The breakfast was amazing! Hot food and more than friendly staff, there was a woman who kept everyone informed on the time things were coming out and was super nice about it. The dining hall was very clean and had alot of wonderful options! The maintenance man Doug, greeted us everytime we saw him. The first day we had a small mechanical issue and he was more than happy to come help and continued to make sure there wasn't anymore issues with our vehicle or our stay. There is a great staff here and I appreciate everyone I came in contact with! I will stay here my next Branson vacation 😁

Honestly, our pillows were too big and the pool was too warm 😂🤣😂🤣 I hope you get my humor in this, as that is what most people want LOL

Room was large with plenty of room to move around. Grandson enjoyed the free breakfast every morning and said it was good. Both grands enjoyed the heated indoor pool and I liked the hot tub :) pool towels were provided and while you could ask for daily maid service, I didn't need daily service. The attendants were happy to exchange dirty towels for clean and take the garbage whenever I met them in the hall and asked them.

The showers need work.... water pressure was low and the shower head was one of those old ones that have about 6 streams in a tea cup sized nozzle head.... had to really move around to get all clean. Mattresses were ok, but are definitely needing replaced.... they are worn out in the middle.

The breakfast was great, everything we needed was within a 20 minute ride. Had a laundry room that wash and dry a load was done for $3.25.

Stayed in a back room so view was of parking lot (not a big deal) would have been better from a higher room. couldn't find the TV remote at 1st it was under the bed and a bottle cap from previous guest when we arrived but mostly it was great just housekeeping ran a little later than I would have expected (again not a big deal if you stay out all day you wouldn't notice).
