It was very clean on the inside of the resort

The value of what we got for the price. There was no dock/slip for our boat or launch had to drive 15min to big cedar to put in our boat, dock it at their resort every night and store the boat. We will not stay there again because of it. Not enough amenities for the price compared to others on the lake.

Updated, spacious condo. Liked the screened in patio & view of the lake. Staff was friendly. The dryer did not work, called front desk & maintenance came quickly & got it fixed.

Indoor pool was closed for maintenance.

Wonderful accommodations with an amazing view of the lake. The beds were very comfortable.

Check in process was tedious. Wish there was an online system available with coded entry. Did early check in that morning with the idea when room was ready I could come back and get the key card and settle in. When I was told the room was ready I had to still go through other check-in procedures which required waiting in a line for 25 minutes as there was only 1 attendant. Not the most efficient check-in process.

Location & cleanliness

It was expensive for 2 nights stay.

It was very clean staff very helpful on things to do and the view of the lake beautiful

No restaurant on the property like other westgates that I have visited.

Staff were great!

Always had to drive to Branson for dining.

The units were very nicely renovated. I loved the size of the bathroom, the double vanity, and shower. I also loved the view

We rented a two bedroom deluxe villa so we had units A & B. There was an odor in unit A during a portion of our stay. It wasn’t trash related. The bedding also was somewhat stiff/rough and uncomfortable. There was hair left on a bathroom towel and on the bedroom floor

We liked location and the quality of materials in our room. It was clean and new and comfortable. The only problem we had was that the family that was connected to our room was very loud so I feel the room could have been sound proofed a little more.

We didn't have a screened in view of the lake and it wasn't very noise proof.

View was pretty and close to things in Hollister.

Would like a water access path from Westgate to enjoy the lake but since there was nothing it was pointless to be near a lake but not use it unless you had a boat.

The beds were comfortable, the water tasted great, and the A/C was great.

Our room had no view, and felt a little like a cave. The property also felt a little old and had numerous small maintenance items that were undone.
