This hotel was an exceptional place to stay. I should know as much traveling as I do each year and as many hotels that I stay in. I found the room to be clean and very comfortable. The breakfast has a good variety fresh product. Coffee was great. Staff member came by and asked me if there was anything else that I needed. The staff at this hotel was very helpful and made sure that I was taken care of. It has a great location. I was on the last flight in the Springfield and arrived at the hotel rather late I was able to get a taxi took me to the hotel did not charge me the hotel took care of the charge no problems checking in. I would highly recommend this hotel for any traveler and you will not be disappointed

Breakfast was poor not worth even eating, by the way we didn’t after seeing it. Location was great for what we came to do IE: Bass pro the new aquarium and a Car Show that also was close.

Room seams old, bathroom had wood needing paint, corners that wasn’t cleaned good by maids showing hair that gather. Air conditioning not consistent.

The room was exceptionally clean and everyone I dealt with from front desk staff to cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly. There was actually a hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy. It was delicious :)

The air conditioner was a little difficult to set at the desired temp, but I finally figured it out. There really isn't much I didn't like about the property and staff. It was all good!

This hotel is well maintained. the rooms are spotless! The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is very good!!! The lounge is pleasant and peaceful. There is a computer room for business access, a fitness center. a very nice indoor pool. 24 hour staff. Awesome breakfast. The rooms are nice. cozy with a microwave and frig with a small freezer nice. One cup coffee maker desk area wifi. Comfy chair with Ottoman very nice room. Closet. Hutch with four drawers. room service stops by each day if you need anything. On site laundry room. Prompt service. Quiet. Very nice hotel!!! Thank you Best Western Plus!!!

They sent a cab to meet me at the airport. My first person to see at the hotel was Becca who had a very warm personality happy smile and a cold bottle of water. She was over the top nice and made me feel quite welcome. Everything was clean and all the staff were great! Very friendly. The beds were very comfy and the room AC worked very good. You can tell the management team at this hotel take pride in keeping the place clean and making sure you have a pleasant stay.

The breakfast room was spotless and the coffee was pretty good. I have never seen a sugar dispenser machine before so that was a first. I wandered around a few times until a nice lady who takes care of breakfast pointed it out to me. Probably my least favorite thing was the gravy for the biscuits was quite runny. It was very hot though and the rest of the breakfast was really good.

Staff super friendly a d helped carry down bags for those on the second floor.

Fire alarm went off at 2 am. Sadly the elevator went down too. Window shades need to be longer or something so the ac can actually blow air into the room not just the curtains.

They had just pulled the carpet out and installed wood floors. Very clean and very nice looking. The bathroom was clean and had everything I needed. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was probably one of the best I have had, the bacon was crispy, which is unusual, but definitely how I like it!

Once the entrance is free of the work that is currently underway and the carpet rolled up to be removed, it will be great. We've all been there and it's only temporary!

Room was nice and neat, receptionist was very nice, shower had good water pressure, pool area was nice.

The only thing I could say the beds could have been more comfortable, but they weren’t bad.

Breakfast, bed comfort, room amenities and staff friendliness & helpfulness. The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations for the night's stay and we had a wonderful time.

I can't think of anything negative to say about the place.
