Clean, quite, staff friendly bed was comfortable, , breakfast was good.

If you stay 2 nights you have to ask them to clean room : take trash out, make beds and take used towels away and give you new ones. We didn't know that!!!!! After coming back from being gone all day our room was not cleaned we called the desk and informed we were to let them know we wanted it cleaned but they did offer to bring us clean towels!!

Location. Quiet. If I needed something I could drive or walk to store next door. They had anything I'd need. Had to stay another night because of car problems. They were very accommodating.

The only negative I could remark on was that they didn't have a very good selection for breakfast. Mostly cold items. As I wasn't able to drive anywhere I was forced to eat a cold breakfast or order online for delivery, or wait for lunch.

Nice sized, very clean room. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Fridge and microwave in room, though I didn't use either. Towels were very soft and absorbent. Air unit kept a consistent, comfortable temperature. Desk staff were very polite and helpful.

There was nothing not to like. I didn't take breakfast because I had to leave by 7am, so perhaps if it started a little earlier that would have been nice but...

I liked that the room was clean and the beds were comfortable the shower had good water pressure and the breakfast wasn't bad

I wish that there had been a laundry on site as I needed to do laundry and the only way to do that was to go to a coin laundry this wasn't good for me because I didn't want to go out and do laundry I wanted to relax

I liked that there was a couch in the room and it was very spacious.

There was spilled beer on one of the nightstands and the alarm clock was stuck to the top because of it being so sticky. Toilet didn't flush well. Aerator in the faucet needed replaced. Water pressure was really high and sprayed everywhere when using the sink.

The older lady who checked me in was still there during breakfast of the next morning. After a complaint by another patron, she dumped out the old orange juice out of the pitcher, washed the container and put in fresh OJ from the gallon from the fridge. It was pretty good then! Last week when I had stayed the night, the OJ was rotten and I just dumped out my cup and warned other patrons. This older lady who was there seemed to go the extra mile. The gentleman who took her place was friendly also.

It was a pretty positive experience.

The breakfast was nice and well prepared. There was enough for all the guests. Most hotels run out of food if you go down to eat later in the morning.

The housekeeper walked into out room without knocking. She thought we had checked out and it was 9:00am. My husband was laying on the bed in his underwear and I had just got out of the shower and was in the bathroom getting dressed. it was quite embarrassing.

Excellent location! The employees were all very polite and accommodating! They were installing brand new shower curtains in the rooms and made sure we got ours before we entered the room!

The bed was a little wonky. But I told them about it at checkout. The wallpaper needs to be re done but the room was very clean!

The room was spotless. Furniture was a bit ragged but the bed was comfy

Breakfast was disappointing. In room coffee maker was broken as well as the drawer front of the dresser. And the toilet seat. Broken.

This is one of our favorite places to stay whilst we visit family and friends in Springfield and, as usual, it met our expectations. The staff are friendly and always willing to help.
