Have stayed here many times in the past. Clean rooms, great breakfast selection and very caring staff. The staff called to let me know they were doing tile work on main floor in case I wanted to change hotels. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

I love Hampton Inn because it is so reliable. This was not one of the best HIs I’ve ever been in, but it definitely was not worst either. It checked all the boxes on cleanliness, mini-fridge, coffee maker, mouthwash and other toiletries, comfortable bedding, ice machines, vending machines, restaurants nearby (the BBQ place was fabulous!), luggage carts, pool, computers, Wi-Fi, sufficient hangers. All good. The staff was above average in friendliness and and helpfulness, and water on checking in was extra good.

The entrance wasn’t very clearly marked and too bad they didn’t have a little mini store that offered frozen dinners and ice cream. That is my favorite addition at some HIs.

The staff was wonderful and very friendly!! Beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking, especially helpful when you are pulling a trailer.

It was a little further from the interstate, but I didn’t check the location prior to booking. It was very close to shopping and restaurants.

Gym machines didn't work the entire stay which was one reason we come every yr . Told desk several days and said they would have to get someone to come in to fix .Didn't happen our entire stay sadly.

Beds are nice and not hard as a rock. I didn't wake up feeling like I slept on the ground. Breakfast was great and the lady that replenished items was very friendly. Great visit and extremely helpful staff.

The pillows are too soft. It would be nice to have some pillows with a medium amount of firmness.

Staff were quite friendly, answered questions through text which saved me time from going to my room to the front desk. I was given a bigger room for the same price to better accommodate my family's needs.

I'd like it if it were closer to I-44. That is minor compared to my positive experience.

The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices. The location provided easy access to where we wanted to go. The room was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and accommodating and the cookies were delicious.

Cannot think of anything they could have done to make our stay any better.

Room, bathroom was clean. Staff and breakfast were at the highest level. The location is pretty good, not far from the highway.

The heater was quite noisy, every time it turned on it was like being at a windy concert. Overall, the impression left for being gest at this hotel is very good.

There were a few things out of order since the building was undergoing reconstruction or renovation but all in all the staff were excellent and the facilities were cleaning and the breakfast was wonderful!

I didn’t like the outside pool wish it was inside The housekeeper skipped our room to get towels that was messed up and empty trash and replenish towels I had to ask her to do it and take messed up towels to her
