From the staff to the room this place was very clean. I was pleasantly surprised about all the amenities in the room. Refrigerator. , microwave, plenty of channels on the TV, Ironing board, iron, hair dryer. coffee pot, writing desk and more. Black out curtains, plenty of lighting. Just a very nice place to stay for a few evenings and a very pleasant experience I had. The A/C worked great. The pillows I wanted to keep. I meant to ask them where they got them, better than any pillow i have ever had a hotel or motel. I would and will without a doubt stay there again. I am from Springfield originally and know the area and this is a good area to be in. So close to everything.

It was low on hot water for a bath.

The breakfast was fabulous. The pool was super nice and clean. The staff was nice and was willing to always help with questions or provide extra towels, ect. The facility itself was super nice, especially for the great price!

The rooms had a weird smell at first, similar to a cigarette smell even though it was a non smoking room. On the last night the air conditioner was not working well in one of the rooms so it did get pretty hot.

Mike, the manager was amazing. He worked out a deal with us. He was very informative. Tony who worked on the buffet was just amazing. You could tell she really loved her job. It was absolutely spotless.

We did book at the last minute, so there was just a king available with a fold out couch that was super uncomfortable. Not the staffs fault though.

I loved the location and how friendly the staff was. They made us feel at home and always had a smile on their face. Would ask us how our day was. If there was anything we needed. And always remembered conversations we had.

Everything was perfect! Will be staying again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and smelled great. The bed was comfortable. It even had a mattress topper. The shower had great water pressure, and I loved the feature where I could control the temperature.

Kids running above us, but that was not the hotels fault lol.

The staff worked with me when I had reservations at another hotel when I thought it was this hotel. And honored the discount that I had online. Will definitely stay here again. House keeping staff was very polite and courtesy. The lady that did the breakfast was a very sweet lady.

Breakfast was ok. At our Branson Motel we had a choice of fruit to choose from, yes, canned but good. It was in a big bowl and you dished it up the amount you wanted. (I am sure it was canned) Great choice for us!! I don't like the egg mix, so I didn't eat that, but a choice for those who do eat it!! It was ok though!!

Everything was fine!

THE BREAKFAST WAS O.K. COULD HAVE A LITTLE MORE VARITY FOR BREAKFAST.

THE SAUSAGE WAS BURNED BECAUSE IT LOOKED TO ME LIKE THEY DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH HELP. THE KITCHEN HELP WAS ALSO TAKING CARE OF THE FRONT DESK.

The price for the location and how nice the room was definitely made this place worth the stay. I have stayed in more high-end hotels with the worst breakfasts! My family loved the breakfast here!

The handicap bath was excellent, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly & helpful.

The room was a little small. A little table & chairs would of been nice.
