Check-in was smooth and quick, only took about 5 minutes. The room was spacious and clean. The internet access was easy to set-up. The location was convenient for my trip and I will likely stay here again.

There were no soaps in the room, I had to request from the front desk. There were no silverware/dishes/pans in the room, they have to be requested from the desk. This wasn't a huge deal for my stay, but I found it odd considering that is a perk of an Extended Stay hotel. The breakfast was dismal, tiny packaged muffins and granola bars. The beds seemed small for a queen, but I did not have a measuring tape to verify them.

The manager upgraded our room because my granddaughter didn't like 1 first room.

The room when I booked said 2 queen beds, but thier queen beds look like twinXL Was very noisy with the people across the hall going outside to smoke all hours of the night and at 630am 2 guys were remodeling a room 1 door down across the hall making all kinds of noise on a Sunday no less And glued wall floor trim on it with a fan blowing in to dry it. The smell was horrible. And they sat on buckets in the hall speaking loudly to each other I went out to desk to ask for a manager but I was told that there was no manager on the site yet. I left at 10:45am and there still wasn't a manager.

March and June 2023: Amazing price, like back in the 1980’s! Convenient and safe location. Simple, nothing fancy, but SUPER clean and fresh, even the carpets. So appreciative that they still have bathtubs, which most other places are removing. Comfortable beds and linens! Moderately sound-proof rooms, could somewhat hear noises next door. Small, tight bathroom but accommodating enough. Convenient little kitchen in-room but cabinets are bare (no dishes, etc). Always impressed with their staff personnel: kind, helpful, knowledgeable. Have stayed multiple times, will continue to choose this location.

1) Hard to find parking close to entry doors when facility is booked full. 2) Coffee station only offers liquid coffee mate creamer, and not half-n-half or sugar free creamers.

It should be highlighted in the listing that this facility doesn't come with supplies typically available at a hotel. There was no soap or something to hold drinking water in (like a disposable cup). This is understandable given its extended stay focus that a traveler would bring their own things, but we arrived late, and it was the only available reasonably rated option. It would have been helpful if we had been advised in advance.

Bed was fantastic

I think I was in a room with little one above me so I heard running on the floor above for half the night .and we had to go to bed very early and get up to leave this particular next morning very early so we didn't get much sleep.because of that noise.but over all this was a great Room I will come back.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were extremely welcoming. Perfect location for me.

There was a kitchenette but nothing to use in it, you have to rent the accessories.

Good price and close to town/very close to hospital! Staff was very friendly!

Did not bother me one bit, but some people might not be okay with the breakfast options! Others might expect more when choosing place that says “breakfast included”!

I was in an accessible room because it was offered at a good rate, so my room was not typical, e.g. no carpeting, but the room was clean, as was the bath. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was surprisingly good.

Maybe a coffee maker in the room would be nice

the breakfast wasn’t what I thought it would’ve been. Just coffee and muffin, I probably won’t stay here again due to that. I’d like to had a bigger choice.

Very convenient location, with parking close to the door. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly
