Clean white towels. Extremely clean and great selection 8n breakfast area 👍🏻. Clean white sheets and bedding. Comfortable beds. Excellent lighting! Pool and hot tub looked really nice;but didn't have opportunity to use them, darn it!!

Bathroom tile floor needed cleaning. While the dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner in shower looked great, the dispensers weren't user friendly. Same goes for hand soap and lotion. Looked good but not the best dispensing. TV only had cable channels, no HBO 🤷🏼‍♀️ or other to watch a current movie (without paying). No instructions on how to work TV.

The staff was helpful and the hotel met my expectations. But I should mention that in pretty picky with hotels.

The location. It’s a bit far from everything but right off the interstate. And I didn’t like the bed but I do have a special bed so I won’t hold it against them, maybe it’s a nice bed for most.

Loved how easy it was to get to off of I-90. Staff was awesome. All shifts were accommodating as I had a 2 month old and mother stay with me. It was the perfect... for a quite room. Thank you for that option. Crib option was nice too. Remodeling will be awesome when done. Was not an issue with us. What a gem!

More than 3- 4 times my door key didn't work when I really needed it to. Had to go to front desk or walk all the way around. MY ONLY DISLIKE. May I suggest a LIT SIGN INTO ENTRANCE .. VERY dark and easy to drive by even in the daylight, harder at night.

the front desk staff was friendly, breakfast was good with lots of options, common areas were kept clean.

housekeeping staff was not very helpful and while we asked for our room to just be replenished not cleaned during our stay they actually did nothing for our room during our stay and acted annoyed when asked to take our garbage and give us new bags.

We stayed there three nights. The towels were changed each day and the garbage emptied but the beds were never made

We liked everything about our stay. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and well lit, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was awesome!

The bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was wonderful.

The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have liked. The shower walls needed to be cleaned closer to the ceiling.

Nice room. All was as expected for a Holiday Inn Express. Staff very nice.

Construction going on so breakfast had to be grab and go. We went to a bar restaurant for breakfast. Location is in an industrial area and not really close to restaurants.

Need better signage to better know where to enter motel property.

I really liked the room. It was spacious, updated, and the bathroom was large with great lighting. The pool and jacuzzi were nice too.
