It was a perfect stop for our road trip. we had fridge, microwave, coffee, good breakfast laundromat, iron, dryer and cute pool with jacuzzi comfortable beds 🛌 small tv but worked well and all that for reasonable price! The location was great for groceries, restaurants and casinos. Hotel is clean and new. Good safe parking. The staff was very nice, helpful and welcoming. Thank You! we would stay again!

bathroom exhaust fun didn’t work properly and there was weird smell upon entering the room that could come from AC or maybe previous quest’s idk 🤷‍♀️ but it wasn’t so bad for us to change the room or hotel.

This Staybridge Suites, like other Staybridge Suites we have stayed in, provided a very comfortable experience. Rooms and grounds are nicely maintained and the staff was very friendly. There was a problem with noise from the room on the floor above us and they had another comparable suite available for us on a different floor. The location near Highway 26 was quiet and close to a couple good restaurants. I also greatly appreciate the reasonable pet fee.

Loose tile in rm 205 next to tub. Homeless person in parking lot out front begging. Not a complaint just concern. Difficulty leaving property and trying to make a turn on to 395 going south. A little pricey for Srs paying for dr visits, gas, food, lodging.

The front desk staff were pleasant and efficient. Enjoyed our interactions.

The breakfast buffet was horrible! On Saturday and Sunday we arrived around 9am and there was almost nothing to eat. The scrambled eggs were gone as well as bacon, sausage patties, sweet rolls, milk and yogurt. The gravy on Saturday was cold as were the cheese omelets on Sunday. The staff were indifferent to the hotel guests. They were single task oriented. The woman who appeared to be in charge on Saturday, had absolutely no regard for the guests and the woman on Sunday was oblivious to her surroundings.

Breakfast was good, great variety of food to choose from. If you don’t see what your looking for, just ask. staff during breakfast was very friendly and very helpful. Coffee was great!

Was bothered by all the people staying there that had dogs, when they took them out to poop, they would leave it there! I also had my dog, but always clean up after him. It just doesn’t look good when you walk out the back door and there is poop everywhere. Not your fault, but it should be a policy to clean it up

It was clean, close to the interstate, not far from stores and restaurants. Also the breakfast in the mornings was good.

Ice machine wasn’t working

I liked the quietness and that it had a good working AC in the room.

The value was a little over priced for the stay. We have stayed at other hotels in Carson city for half the price.

The location was ok. Breakfast had a nice variety. The eggs and sausage were not warm in warming trays. I loved the warm fresh cinnamon bun with my coffee. I liked my room.

The front desk person was not warm and welcoming. My room was not ready at checkin. There was no one to help with luggage carts.

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good staff friendly and helpful. They were super responsive.

The air conditioner. I just couldn’t get it right.

We had an issue after booking our reservation through Booking.com. It did not reflect the fact that we had a pet and it caused an issue with the room we were assigned. Once the issue was addressed, the manager and his assistant were incredibly responsive to offer correct accommodations. After they clearly explained the disconnect with our online reservation, the issue was resolved. The team at this hotel went above and beyond to make sure our stay was impeccable. I am truly thankful and amazed. Thank you.
