I left before breakfast but I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort for the price

The only thing I didn't like was the water was soft. Which isn't a bad thing just not for me. If you like showering and feeling like your skin is so soft you can't tell if the soap is washed off or not. Then this the place for you. I've stayed in other more expensive hotels in elko and I'm not impressed. Dirty, grungy and worn down. Stay inn express was remodeled and very comfortable plus the ac is freezing cold. Heater is hot. Room was nice and has wifi and cable. 2 thumbs up. Polite staff as well.

Outside is an older motel, but our room was very nice. Clean, everything worked well. We had a smaller room with a king bed, but roomy enough, Bed was comfy, shower worked great. The woman at the desk was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Very reasonable price for a very nice overnight stay.

Minimal continental breakfast- packaged muffins, cereal, fruit. But for the price of the motel, that is what I would expect.

We arrived really late due to it being a last minite booking, as soon as we arrived the staff were super warm and welcoming. The manager suggested us places to eat late at night and gave us tips on our travels for the next day. Rooms were super clean and the bed was super comfortable. Shower was super powerful and there was a big TV in our rooms. It was such good value for money, most definitely would stay here again. Probably the best service and value for money hotel we have stayed in so far during our travels.

This property exceeded my expectations. The rooms were quiet, and the staff was amiable. It's a walkable area.

There was a chirping from a fire alarm. The front desk sent someone up, and were very helpful. Unfortunately, the maintenance man said it was a noise that just happened and couldn't be fixed. I fully believe it was a dying fire alarm somewhere. It was distracting, as it was louder than even the outside traffic noise.

Friendly & helpful hosts, very clean & spacious room, very comfortable (firm) bed, good shower. Refrigerator & microwave in room. Good parking lot lighting. Excellent value.

Buildings are a little shabby, probably helps keep the price down. Parking lot is shared with neighboring restaurant so there are more vehicles to watch for when going in & out. Room deodorizer was too strong, fortunately I could open the window.

Our room was clean and well maintained during our stay. The staff were very accommodating, and we will be staying there again I am sure. It is a great place to stay with great value and is located within walking or driving distance of everything Elko has to offer in just a few minutes.

The pillows on the bed could have been a little thicker for my taste but they were adequate.

Good and very affordable motel just off I-80 to spend a night when in transit, and to check out beautiful historic Elko while you're there. Friendly staff, a rather basic but very clean room with a fridge, a microwave and a comfy bed. They offered some breakfast items in the lobby but we just had coffee and rather hit the road. Great place, absolutely no complaints.

The room was clean and quite large. It appears to be newly renovated. It had all the basic necessities and was perfect for what I needed it for.

I didn't care for the TV not working. The parking lot was a little tight and probably not ideal if you drive a large vehicle.

Furniture & appliances were new. Great tile on walls & floors-- beauty grouting job too! Good water pressure AC worked great Great location Very tasty morning coffee

Comfortable room, easy check in and check out, value

Despite being non-smoking, the room clearly smelled of smoke and the smoke detector was not in the room despite there being a place for it, almost like it had been removed.
