Quiet, clean, mattress was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

The chair in my room looked nice but was extremely uncomfortable. Proportioned all wrong, hard, and even though I am 5’7” my feet didn’t reach the ground. Maybe it is supposed to have a matching ottoman? Also, none of the desk staff could tell how to drive to Lemoille. This could have been a FAQ given it was the weekend of the Pumpkin Festival. Easy answer is drive down Idaho St to 12th and take a left. Head out of town to Hwy 227. Spring Creek is the halfway point. An area map would be helpful at the front desk.

Lobby is attractive, staff is very polite. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are roomy.

Front desk guy was very kind & helpful, but his skull cap belied what he was capable of. Pretty tacky looking. He was otherwise amazing! You NEED to up your maintenance level, maybe stay in one of your rooms for a night so you can really experience what your guests do. (We’ve been in the hospitality industry for generations.) The shower is a pet peeve for me. There is a great hack for your mineral-clogged shower heads: fill a baggie with vinegar, put it over the shower head, and use rubber bands to close it. Soak for hours, even overnight. Not many people appreciate a spitting shower in the morning.

Loved everything about our stay! The staff is so friendly. The rooms are always so nice & clean. The upgrades;New furniture, carpet, and fresh paint was so amazing as well. Our room smelt like a brand new place! The upgrades are modern & so beautiful. Very nice touch!! I love to be able to sit in the lobby with my morning coffee, with the fire place going. That is the best way to start the day! Thankyou for another amazing stay!

The bed was comfy, shower great.

The toilet wouldn’t flush and when we told the front desk one guy handed us a plunger and suggested we try that. We already knew it had to do with water flow. They went up to fix it, but when we went back to shower, it had the same problem. They gave us a different room after we said we wanted to talk with the manager.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Easy access to the area.Great place to stay this will be our 4th time staying at this hotel.

Front desk staff said my credit card was declined, which was worrisome. Found out she inputted the expiration date wrong. It all worked out, but I suggest some training as to how to handle this kind of situation in the future.

Convenient to the freeway for our long-distance road trip across the country.

Young children running around the lobby at midnight, and smashing Cheetos in the elevator. Not sure how staff could have controlled this better, but it wasn't an attractive scene to encounter when we checked in very late and exhausted.

We were staying there on our roadtrip. We would choose to stay there again under the same circumstances. We are so happy to see that hot breakfasts are back after soooooo long! Great breakfast burritos. And coffee in the lobby. Glad we found this hotel!!!

Cannot think of anything. Very happy with this hotel. Even the lobby is nice and the parking lot is safe.

Breakfast (continental) was meager, but OK. Comfortable beds, nice towels. Good lighting and plenty of outlets.

The thing I don't like about almost all places: clogged shower heads! Why not replace them every year? Disappointed that the restaurant wasn't open the night before. One elevator, really? Could it be any slower?

They were very accommodating and did not cancel my reservation. When I wasn’t sure I would make it due to an accident on I 80 we were stuck on the freeway for three hours and I wasn’t sure I’d meet my destinations I fortunately did, but they were going to not charge me if I had to cancel. I find that great service.
