The room was comfortable and clean. Lots of very good pillows which was appreciated. Bed was very comfortable and overall, the hotel was really good. Good breakfast considering free and hotel was busy.

We had a room with door for option of access to the adjacent room. This was a problem as the first night, the people next door had their TV up and this kept us awake. The next night two obnoxious young ladies came in very late and were very disrespectful of the quite hours. We asked them to keep it down and they got worse. When we complained to the front desk the next day, they were very understanding and confirmed they would speak to them. They were either moved or they checked out.

Breakfast was good, as expected. Stay was good, family friendly. Clean ambience and rooms.

We stayed for 2-3 days and all 3 days the lady who was serving /filling up breakfast dishes didn't seems very helpful, always in bad mood. Kind of rude. They don't clean the rooms daily, you have to ask for it a day before. And we forgot :) So trash cans filled up, we were out of morning coffee etc. They did gave when we called but trash no one came.. and when they took the trash can, no one returned it back, even after so many calls.. so staying 2-3 days with toddlers without trash can .. I think staff can de better..

Very nice, large 2-room suite for exceptional value.

Very limited on electrical outlets, and we had numerous electrical surges or “brown-out” type events with both beside outlets. Our portable fan and my CPAP machine turned off/on at least 10 times throughout the night. My wife wasn’t able to keep her curling iron running in those outlets, and only the bathroom outlet could handle it. So, not sure if it was just those particular outlets, just our room, our floor, etc. I did inform the CSR at the front desk, but he didn’t seem too concerned about it.

I like the room and bathroom except the counter around the sink needs to be longer and lower for individuals like me in a wheelchair. The bathroom door should be a barn door or open the other way because the outside door kept bumping into it.

It snow heavy the last night we were there and no one shoveled snow to clean a path to the cars especially the ones in handicapped parking and the front staff knew they had a guest in a wheelchair. Plus get rid of the carpet in the hallway because it makes my life hard trying to get to a room on the far end of the hall or put those rooms by the elevator. I will loan you my chair so you can manually wheel yourself the length of that hallway with the carpet. Better yet hire me who is actually handicapped physically to test and show you what isn't ADA compliant in your hotels and casinos Thank you for your time and immediate attention to this matter. clean, has food, quiet, nice view of the area. very nice friendly staff. I didn’t know how to use the key cards. but Hubbie taught me. I had it upside down. 😂

It is cold in the winter where the breakfast is at the entrance. So wear a sweater or coat ( my husband wasn’t cold) on cold mornings when it’s 8 degrees outside lol. But they have extra heaters around. So it’s not a real problem. We have been at this property twice in about a month and it was in January 2023, when it was 8 degrees, cold at breakfast. We came again February 1, 2023 and it wasn’t cold like that. So no worries! 😉

This was a great find. We have always stayed at the Nugget. We come 6 or 7 times a year to see my dad. The staff was amazing, the rooms updated & larger than the Nugget & the price was awesome! This will be our new go to for sure. Definitely made the Nugget feel overrated! Didn't want to get out of bed in the morning, it was that comfortable! We are so happy we gave this a try!

very modern Hotel. Great Pool area outside. Nice Gym. They offered a free Shuttle service to get around within 3miles. That was great to reach a bar and Café area of the city. The room was really neat and clean. Quiet rooms even though close to the highway.

We booked a room for 5 people and received the suite. But there were only 2 beds prepared for 4 people and 3 big towels available. It took a little effort to receive more towels and beddings for all of us. The breakfast was mediocre. Would have loved to get some more fresh stuff like cutted fruits (only whole apples and oranges were offered) or veggies like tomatoes or cucumbers. The pancake thing did not work.

We stayed at the same hotel on two different nights in a week. In both experience, every little detail about the room and the hotel with all the staff was just perfect! The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious with lots of choice every morning. Each person at the guest service/reception desk was very kind, helpful and genuinely smiling. All of them were very willingly helping us for whatever we asked for. We were extremely happy with the guest service. We travel a lot and they were definitely exceptional in our experience. There was also a free shuttle service that takes the guests anywhere within 2 miles; which also was very helpful for going out to a restaurant or traveling to/from the airport. Modern design hotel was very clean and organized, had a nice and clean swimming pool outside. The gym was clean and well equipped for a hotel.

We have had really good experiences in BW Plus hotels, so were hopeful that this would be good. It was more than just good - it was excellent. Room was very nice, clean, modern and comfortable with good cool air on a hot day. The pool area is beautiful - unfortunately we did not have time to jump in. The breakfast was very good, with options both in hot foods and cold foods with fresh fruit available 24/7. The staff was friendly and helpful. We frequently travel to Reno and this will be our "go-to" from now on!

It is in an industrial area, but the beauty and comfort of the accomodations really outshined the view from the windows. The early morning sound of traffic on the freeway is a bit of a downside. Wish we could have stayed longer and had time to use the pool. Our bad!

Had to get own clean towels at front desk . Room never cleaned during entire stay. Pool was not very clean. I was not able to get a 15 percent discount for Senior/AARP members because I booked through bookings.com and once booked it was impossible to get ahold of bookings for an adjustment to the two rooms I booked .
