I wasn't expecting a lot based on the very reasonable price, but was pleasantly surprised. The property looked great, the room had everything needed (including a refrigerator and balcony), and was clean and comfortable. The location was nicely-centered between Conway and the White Mountain National Park, and access to the major routes was convenient without the noise of being on a main street. I have already booked several more stays this year.

Location of the hotel was perfect! We were near pretty much everything. 6 mins away from the main tourist area and attractions. We had our 3yr old with us so there wasn't anything for him to do at the hotel besides play outside in a grassy area. A heated outdoor pool is mentioned but I guess it wasn't open or was removed.

It was a nice, warm, cozy room to come to after being out in the cold and rain all day. The coffee and breakfast were nice, and we enjoyed having what was almost our own little home. Parking was also very convenient.

The only thing was that the spa/hot tub was awkward. Not sure how it was supposed to work for two people. Also, there seemed to be very few options for restaurants nearby.

The room was clean but a little dated. It is very convenient to the downtown area.

We got to the Inn an hour before check-in time and were told we had to wait until 3 pm. to check in. But then my wife went into the lobby, and she was told that the room was ready, so it worked out ok.

We stayed for 3 nights with a child, rooms were small, but nice and clean, were cleaned every day. Rooms had towels, shampoo, lotion and soap. Their breakfast included also sausage and eggs, some fruits, waffles, muffins and other, enough to have a nice breakfast.

They did have a bicycle and treadmil, though seems like they haven't been used for a really long time. There was also a coin operated pool table, coin operated washer and dryer, vending machine for snacks and cola, but all that was in one small room, together with the treadmil and bicycle trainer, so not really a GAME room. They do have a heated pool, but water was not warm enough for a cool weather. Would be nice, if they had a playground for children, children have nothing to do there. A playground would be a good edition to the hotel facilities.

Rooms clean and tidy and great location for any activities in the White Mountains. Owner was very nice and great to chat with.

It's a great location. Just far enough north from the traffic in North Conway and just 2 miles south of the attractive village of Jackson (if you go by Thorn Mountain Road).
