The wifi was good; however, the service around the facility wasn't great. My girlfriend and I had to drive back to North Conway to get a bar of service. I would recommend adding the email confirmation from either a third party or an official hotel site that the offices are closed at 5 pm. We arrive past their office hours, and we had no contact number to call. Also, when we called the number that was given it went direct voicemail. Luckily Kathy from the front desk called us to let us know. In the future, add their business hours/ another line to contact if guests are arriving late.

Stayed in a woodland cottage which was a beautiful log cabin. Very private, and well-appointed. The bed was amazingly comfortable, loved the front porch rocking chairs and the fact it was just enough out of the way to be secluded and calm, but close enough to town for activities. Loved the jacuzzi and fireplace and will definitely be rebooking.

Nobody was there to check in just a note in the mailbox with my name. Also, the restaurant Tuckermans was advertised to be open when I made reservations, however, there was a big sign saying they were closed on the building when we arrived. We were planning on eating at the restaurant so never stopped for provisions. And upon exploring the property could find no vending machines or any way to buy provisions for the evening. Check-in was at 4 and we were in our motorcycles, so going back out to the store was very chilly and really inconvenient cutting into our time in the cabin.

We stayed here for a ski/snow tubing trip. We stayed in the 4 bed cottage which was adjacent to another 4 bed cottage. Everything was great! Heaters in both rooms and a propane fire place in main room. The staff was very friendly, room was very clean ( in fact our son spilled some water, I wiped it up and the face cloth was clean from wiping the floor!) Beds were pretty comfy although our son said his was not. This hotel was close to everything we were looking for. The restaurant, Tuckermans, was fantastic!

My mom and I stayed in a cabin and loved the fireplace, the spa tub, and slept awesome due to a great mattress! There was more to the inn and lodge, but we were only there for a couple of nights. Next time we hope to check out the pool and restaurant, which seemed to be hoppin’!

We felt the cabin was a little dark even with all the lights on, but that was our only issue. Oh! And gps takes you to the top of a nearby mountain, so put in the restaurant for accurate directions. (Not the inn’s fault!)

The cabin was very cozy, and the bed was extremely comfortable! It was nice, quiet and relaxing.

One of the perks of staying here is Tuckerman's restaurant and tavern is on site. It's just a one - or two minute walk from any room. The downside is that the place is always very busy, so getting to sit at the bar for a meal and a drink is a long waiting game. However, they were good about take-out orders for guest of the property even when they were extremely busy.

Location and staff were amazing. Room was clean and had plenty of space for four people. Beds were comfortable and the AC was cold and barely made any sound. We didn’t end up checking in until after 5pm due to being at Santa’s village. One of the people working at the front desk left a voicemail with instructions for how to enter the room and left all details in an envelope up front. Lovely place to stay!

Shower/tub drained on the slower side. But otherwise no issues.

The room was perfect for our needs. Having a separate bedroom and able to put down our little one and still be able to be awake was perfect. The restaurant on site was great and all staff was very accommodating. It’s rare to find a king size bed in North Conway and the beds were even comfortable. Definitely be staying there again

The only thing I would recommend would be an additional ac in the living room space.

Bre and Cathy in the office are amazing ladies! After I booked it read different than I expected. I called and Bree reassured me everything was fine. Pool is fabulous with toys there too!

Parking... they explained where to park and the next cottage over kept parking where I was told to so carrying things and 2 kids not so much fun in the rain..

The hot tube, the fact that it was it’s own little cabin, the staff I interacted with were all very friendly. The location was great, not far from down town but also far enough to be in a very quiet area.

The shower head on the shower was a bit low in height for what I’m use to. Honestly if it were a handheld shower head it would be perfect. Other than that was great stay.

What a beautiful place! Very clean, room was more than adequate. We were in the lodge loft room. No TV upstairs where you sleep, but that's due to the loft layout. The bed was huge and clean, but it was hard! My boyfriend ended up sleeping on the couch the second night. Takes a bit for the water to get hot...but once it does...WOW. The hot tub and shower are both very nice!!! There's a deck that you have your own little relaxing spot on outside of your room. Restaurant and tavern across the street from our lodge. It was closed one night (Monday), but were were given a $20 gift card for the following night. We did take out, and it was delicious and convenient.
