its out dated. The building material is probably also thin because you can hear everyone thing from above you and next door. we had a drinking party next door but the staff was great and took care of it immediately!

It was very family friendly. Lots of kiddos around and stuff for the kids to do. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Great value for the location. It makes staying at the hot-spot accessible for the families. Playing in the pool with other kids was my son’s favorite part of our whole road trip. There was a playground, mini golf, pool, hot tub, game room, breakfast, etc.

Not much I didn’t like. It is a little bit run down, so aesthetically it’s not the prettiest of the bunch, but the rooms were clean and it was 100% the best value. The pool and spa were a little beat up…but 100% functioning. Would totally stay again.

I’ve stayed at this property several times in the past, so I had a good idea of what to expect. It’s in a great location, and very centrally located. A group of friends and I shared a family loft and the room was perfect for our needs. Breakfast included made it easy for us to start our days early and not have to purchase another meal.

The pool room was out of order so the pool and hot tub we had counted on using wasn’t available during our stay. The lovely lady that helped us at check in waived the resort for for us due to that fact which I thought was very kind. The property is certainly dated and needs a good facelift, but I knew this going into it as I’ve stayed here before.

Our room ended up having a small little room attached to it with 2 more smaller beds for the girls. We also enjoyed the indoor pool also.

Our balcony had nails that were raised and the balcony’s also showed lots of rot. We also are wondering why you charge an extra $20/night for amenities Your website shows a huge list of amenities are included in the original room price. The outdoor pool also needs lots of work.

We liked the fact that it was a well maintained facility and the setting was beautiful.

There should have been a warning as I booked that there were no elevators available for the second floor which was the only area that had the additional beds. My elderly mother who has bad knees had a difficult time getting up to our floor and then decided against going to dinner that evening and only went down the next morning for breakfast and stayed down while my son and I handled getting the luggage back down.

The indoor swimming pool and hot tub was great! The family loft was spacious and great! I like the main community areas were easily accessible. They provided a fridge but no microwave but we can use the microwave in the breakfast area! We had dinner there as well since it was nice and quiet.

In the family loft, the barrier on the top going down the stairs was a bit rickety. It needed to be drilled in. The mini golf seen better days. The faucet switch was hard to turn on in the loft. It needs upgrading.

It's a beautiful resort, the majestic mountains are beautiful as you stroll around Fox Ridge. We enjoyed the hot coffee, and the breakfast each morning. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we asked questions or needed something for our room.

It's a beautiful resort, the land the resort sits on is beautifully maintained. However, the resort needs updates throughout the facility, such as the indoor /outdoor pool, miniature golf area needs updating/repair, and game room needs updating. The resort is clean but has a very old-fashioned feel, it would benefit from an overall facelift on their interior designs.

The resort is up a long drive way well away from the busy road Beautiful scenery, on site mini golf, indoor pool, outdoor pool, fabulous staff, big rooms: ours had a patio and the weather was gorgeous enough to enjoy it… I could go on and on!

The only thing is that we did not have many outlets in our room for charging electronics… which is no big deal for us older folks… just a mention for younger people maybe with kiddos that need iPads, etc charged.

We have been going here for a # of years and the last few stays have seemed to lack a bit more than the times before. Outdoors could use some updating...even from simply sweeping off the heavily sand covered driveway to updating the overgrown landscaping as you approach the hotel or filling in the pot holes. The breakfast was okay...a choice of pre-made basic omelet, sausage patty and tator tots were the hot selections in addition to the standard bagels, breads, cereals and beverages. Kiddos loved the indoor pool...a tip...if you plan on just watching and not swimming, be prepared to sweat off about 5lbs, phew! It is quite toasty in the pool room, which is fine if you are swimming. It literally felt like a sauna. Outdoor pool water quite cold, but seemed clean. The pool area could use some basic gardening and cleaning though. Rooms were standard and good and clean. Ours smelled of old cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room(?). Other than those small tidbits, I'd say worth the price and we will likely stay here again. The location is great!
